I have very dry, colour treated hair. This is just not enough for me and it feels not as nourished as I had expected. I think it’s on the same level as drug store brands to be honest but it smells nice. If you have slightly dry hair it could be ok but if you need something that’s really going to hydrate and repair this is not it.

I really like this conditioner! Used alongside the shampoo from the same range, this leaves my hair feeling soft and manageable. It’s quite lightweight so it doesn’t weigh my hair down either. Even though this is slightly more expensive than regular conditioner (around £6.99 a bottle) a little goes a long way so it lasts me absolutely ages. It also smells really nice, especially when used with the shampoo.

I might occasionally try other shampoos and conditioners but I always go back to this. It is very moisturising and leaves my hair soft, shiny and manageable. I read a review from someone on here who said it stripped their hair of moisture. I find this hard to believe as both the shampoo and conditioner are extremely moisturising, so much so that I wouldn’t recommend people with thin, fine hair use it. It’s more suitable for thick, coarse hair like mine. I buy the twin pack shampoo and conditioner here in the UK, NEVER from a salon. It’s an absolute bargain if you shop around online. Fantastic.

I have fine, dry hair and Urban Antidotes has silicones in it and I don’t care because my hair looks smooth, soft and hydrated. The fragrance reminds me of sweet tart candies. I really feel that this product gives me salon quality hair. My Dh even commented on how nice my hair looked while using this product. I do use a weekly clarifying shampoo to reduce build up that I think could happen with this product.

I use this in the winter when the extreme cold temperatures destroy my hair – it works wonders. I find it’s far too heavy for my very fine hair in warm, humid weather. Absolutely 5 stars because it is a miracle-worker when used at the right time (I start the shampoo when the air gets cold and dry, then introduce the conditioner when weather is extreme; I often stop using the shampoo and switch back to my regular one because the conditioner does the job).
Others have commented about build-up when used for a while. I have not experienced that – but then again, I’ve never used it beyond “polar vortex” weather swings, and I don’t always use the shampoo and conditioner together. However, when using it for a few weeks at a time, I did NOT notice any build up – just smooth, silky hair. It’s the only product that has resulted in “summertime” hair texture in the dead of winter – eliminates tangles, dryness, frizz.

I bought both the conditioner and poo in the 750ml bottles from lookfantastic months ago. I have slight dry hair, not an abundance due to a lot of shedding lately, but seeing I have a thick hair follicle, it doesn’t took toooo bad and I’ve also got a bit of a frizz going. This shampoo was awful. Completely stripped my hair dry and of its nutrients and shine, I noticed ALOT more shedding with this and it didn’t make it feel clean at all. The conditioner is okay but nothing special. Would definitely never repurchase. I was using Joico’s daily conditioning shampoo prior to this and LOVED it, but couldn’t find it anywhere online, – I’ll go back to joico as their products seem to agree with my hair. I also had a cheapo sunsilk shampoo in my bathroom, and my hair would always look better when I used that instead of the tigi. Enough said.
Though, it does last for ages and ages which is the only positive.

I tried going silicone free for about a year, but I was finding that my hair lacked luster and I was losing a lot of it in the shower. It was also getting tangled very easily and just felt dry and gross. I did clarifying treatments, used cone-free deep conditioners, oils, sulfate free shampoos, co-wash conditioners, leave ins, etc. and it was just becoming a lot of work to get my hair to look half way decent.
When I went to my hair dresser’s last weekend, she used this shampoo and conditioner on me, and honestly my hair has never looked or felt better. I know it’s full of cones, but I just can’t care when the results are as beautiful as they are! I needed to replace my shampoo anyway, since I was running low, so I picked up Urban Antidotes shampoo and conditioner to see if I could replicate my salon results. Surprise, surprise — my hair was beautiful, shiny, not tangled, and hardly any hairs were left in the drain after my shower. I also found I could go longer in between washes. Where I’d been washing every other day or maybe every third day (but by then I would DEFINITELY need a dry shampoo), I’ve been able to get through three days without washing and without any grease using Urban Antidotes.
For the record: I have 2A hair with very little damage (I get half highlights roughly every three months) that tends towards dryness. It’s medium to thick (thicker, curlier hairs in the bottom layers, finer towards the top) and medium porosity, and I have a LOT of hair.

This conditioner made my hair feel soft and moisturized. It didn’t get rid of all my friz but that’s okay. It smells nice. Overall it did it’s job.
Pros:
Nice smell
Conditioned well
Cons:
Could be a bit cheaper
Tested on animals

LOVE LOVE LOVE these products, I’ve tried the red and blue ones from TiGi Bed Head, shampoo and conditioners. It’s amazing, I am dying my hair blonde, it’s very dry, and these are the best shampoo and conditioner for my fair, it leaves my hair so silky and moisturized, and my hair improved A LOT since I started using Bed Head products. I deffinately recommend to try it!

oh god i absolutely love this conditioner. i used to have the most disgusting dead hair from bleaching it over and over. my hair was a nasty, frizzy, poofy mess. when i began using this conditioner i was skeptical because i thought all conditioners were the same regardless of price. i was totally wrong. this conditioner completely revived my dead hair to the point that my hairdresser was shocked when she saw me. i’ve since cut my hair short but i still use this conditioner every time i wash my hair, brushed through with a wet brush and left in for about five minutes. it’s awesome.
