I hardly take time to write product reviews on her but, this concealer is incredible and I think it deserves more love and publicity then it currently has. Magazines and websites hardly feature this in their concealer round up and that’s a shame cause it’s the best for real, visible skin concerns such as serious redness and acne. I’ve got both those issues. I’m yellow based, but with with severe redness due to acne scars, and I have pretty bad under eye darkness (hereditary). Put this on troubled areas with a brush and then buff it in with either a buffing brush for a flawless finish or with fingers if your skin is pretty good, for a natural coverage. It doesn’t crease and covers stunningly. It’s great for those with yellow based skin tones I think. That said, if you live in a tropical climate or it’s Summer out, do set with powder. Otherwise , I find it great on its own during winter. It’s slightly tacky to the touch, and use sparingly cause it’s very thick and pigmented. I used to wear foundation every single day and this has me swearing foundations off. Yes it’s pricey but it really covers and the pot lasts a long time. Beautiful product. Get it.

I hate to bring does such a great average, but I found the color selection for this concealer to be really lacking. The “fair” shade of Praline was to pinky/orange and Banana, the color I tried was just to dark and yellowish orange for my pale warm/neutral coloring. Having said that, I was impressed that this did not crease under the eyes for me at all, a real problem that I typically have so if you can find a color that works for you I think that it may be a great concealer but did not work for me and I am disappointed with with such a nice range of color options there was not a shade light enough and beige enough to work for my skin tone.

All of the good reviews of this concealer are RIGHT! It lasts all day, even with a little rubbing, and doesn’t crease or shift at all. A little goes a long way, and I use my ring finger to apply it because it’s just too expensive to waste even a little with brush absorption. Besides, I feel it blends and covers the best with my fingers, and using a tapping motion smoothes it out and makes it look like there’s no makeup there at all. I use it with the under eye brightening corrector and the two gives another level of coverage than just the concealer alone, although I will use it alone if I’m trying to use as little makeup as possible and it still covers well.
