I absolutely LOVE these color correctors. I find the consistency to be beautifully creamy & hydrating. The color payoff is pretty opaque, whereas I find many other correctors I own to sheer-out considerably. I have but one issue with this product which have zero to do with its performance and more concerning value. I think the price point is a little too high considering the amount of product received ($26 for 8ml total/4ml on each side, MAC PLW Concealer is $24 for 9ml). There is a Conceal and Correct Palette available in four color options, each one includes two color-correcting shades from each duo. Though these are in cream form instead of liquid, these palettes have six pans each for $35 (total amount of product is 0.21 oz. which is ~6ml, though in Cream, not liquid). Now that I’ve gone through two of these seemingly overnight, I am going to finally spring for the palette next time around!

Before I rave about this, let me go throught the things I look for in a red toned corrector (in this duo “burnt coral”):
1. Liquid formula, easy to blend
2. Non creasing
3. Non drying
4. Not high pigment- I’m not trying to paint my undeterred, I just need a tint of orange/red
I put it wherever I have hyper pigmentation- under my eyes and around my mouth, and it’s perfect!!! This does it all!! And it doesn’t make me break out!
Now, what do I look for in a yellow corrector “rich yellow”?:
1. Blendable formula
2. Again, just a tint not a paint (even though both colours have the same formula and you can obviously use them for different colour payoff than me)
3. Non creasing
4. Needs to neutralize red tones in my skin. I don’t like green cc to neutralize red so I use yellow and it’s so much better tho. Anyways I use it wherever I have acne so I need it to not cling to dry patches and I need it to be hydrating.
I also use this in the places you would normally put highlighter on your cheekbones but a little bit closer to my eyes. It blends in with my concealer and gives my whole face a lift- because it lifts my eyes duh
Anyways this does everything I need it to do.
I tried the becca undereye corrector in the new shade lately sine this duo was running out but the Becca cc has GLITTER and noooo this can’t work for undereyes( I left a review on that as well). I tried the Bobbi brown serum cc but the shades were a little too confusing but I might try it when I run out this Mac duo.
This lasted me 3 years, and I use like 10 taps under my eyes and around my mouth and idk I love it the price is perfect for the amount you get and the time it lasts. Imma keep purchasing for life

I suffer from melasma hyperpigmentation on my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. I am always searching for something to help me camouflage it, because when I look in the mirror, it’s all I see. You have to be careful with the orange correctors you see everywhere because you can easily wind up looking like a clown and it can be a terrible fail. This corrector works with a little mixing and has decent staying power. I have this corrector duo in Rich Yellow/Burnt Coral. The darker set was too dark, the lighter set was too light, so I chose this one. I have to mix the yellow with the coral to get the color I need, but it works really well under foundation. You cannot use this without liquid foundation. I tried to use it under my Bare Minerals but you could still see the orange tone. When I use this under Mac Face and Body foundation, you can’t see the orange and you have to look really hard to see the melasma. Overall I’m pleased with it and will buy it again when I run out.

I was looking for something to better color correct a bit of darkness under my eyes and also to spot correct some redness on my face and on blemishes. This duo from MAC is perfect for this.
The formula is not terribly thick and is easily blended. I’d say it’s a slightly watered down consistency from the NARS radiant creamy concealer. I am NC35 and picked up the mid-yellow/mid-peach color. I dab a bit of the peach right where the darkness is under my eyes and blend it out then cover with my concealer. It works really well and hasn’t creased on me yet (I set it with brightening powder).
The yellow is great for spot correcting red blemishes or other small rosy areas I have on my cheeks/face. It does a really, really good job adjusting for the redness.
The tube is double-sided and it really takes a very small amount of product for me in my daily use. I think it’s a great value to have both color options in the same product. I would definitely buy this again.

Love love love this stuff!! The pale pink one covers my dark circles nicely, pale yellow I use on any redness and it works very well. I like the consistency, it’s easy to blend and the coverage is enough for what it’s meant to be used for. Nothing bad to say about this.

This stuff is amazing. I have undereye circles because 1) lack of sleep 2) veins. Being the undereye makeup junky that I am, I bought this in light and medium. I’m pretty fair, but I’m warm, so I use both peaches, and sometimes yellow. The white is too light for my eyes, but it’s great as a highlighter.
These offer medium coverage, depending on how you blend them. I honestly would not suggest using a sponge. Sometimes I use the lighter one with just powder, which sometimes can fade around the edges or look dry without primer underneath. Other times I blend light and medium and put concealer over the top. They are thin enough in consistency to not look cakey if you put concealer over them. I even tried putting the corrector over concealer, and it works just fine!
The tones that are available, the blendability, and the consistency just make these so much fun to work with. I was getting tired of the creamier correctors because those look so cakey.

I have really hard to cover dark circles. I’ve tried pro long wear concealer, all drugstore variations, IT cosmetics, hard candy and so on. None of these were able to really cover my circles always leaving room for darkness to break through. When I first tried this the girl at the counter told me to use this with my normal concealer. I decided to try it out. I first use my nars creamy concealer then the pink side then the yellow. To finish I set it with a little powder and my concealer looks amazing. I finally had that really nice coverage finish and lasting power. If your circles aren’t that bad you can probably just use it by itself depending on the color you have. I got the second lightest shade and I wear an nc20 and it works wonderfully.

PROS: Has the options of the two choices, which is great for using the particular tones for particular reasons in counteracting blue circles, redness, etc. It’s also great just to be able to combine the ratios you want to just for basic concealing too. Convenient packaging. I’m NC15 and this was almost too light for me.
CONS: Very drying. Brings out wrinkles like crazy. (Best for nonaging skin.)
ALTERNATES: Armani High-Precision retouch (or very close dupe of L’oreal Visible Lift Absolute concealer. It gives enough opaque coverage and is buildable. It’s also very kind to my wrinkles.)
APPLICATION TIPS: If you’re trying to avoid highlighting bags, you can use a very skinny makeup brush to apply this to your circles only.

Mid peach and mid yellow shade tones.
Double ended stick packaging (twist ends) – easy to apply doe foot for each end, dont have to use a brush or finger to apply.
I blend out with a damp beauty blender over the top of my already applied foundation.
The mid peach is great for my corner and under eye area to lighten my dark circles. Also helps highlight my face in comparison with my foundation in NC35.
It is great with fine lines. Does not appear cakey and/or flakey as i have combo/dry skin.
The mid yellow i use for red spots/areas and to highlight areas of my face.
Same as above – it cancels out the red. Buffs out brilliantly. Does not flake.
I powder both tones with a transparent powder and it sit great as well.
