Sure, it works as advertised in that the powder turns into a sort of moussey cream. Why you’d need a product to do this is beyond me – why not just use a cream concealer in the first place? – but then again, I fell for the novelty factor with this, which just goes to show you what marketing can do.
Anyway, this provides no coverage on me (and I’m fair). Like, none. I might as well use nothing. But while it doesn’t conceal, it manages to make my undereyes look slightly cakey. I’ve tried various application methods (the sponge, my fingers, a brush) and it doesn’t matter, I get the same result every time.
This was expensive and I’m mad at myself for wasting money on a useless product.
