This is extremely thick but does cover well. I didn’t like they way it felt on my skin but in the summer it may be ok since it probably won’t slide off my face.

The smell on this concealer is really strong and flowery. The coverage and colour selection are decent though.

I got a sample with the shade Toasted Almond so I could trial this without having to have commit to buying it and wasting my money if it didn’t work out (in Australia Sephora it retails over $40!). Although the texture is creamy and hydrating it still didn’t give full cover for my dark under eyes, which means I would still have to put a colour corrector and most days I don’t have time to do that. Also not fond of its applicator when having a wand is easier to apply so that you don’t accidentally waste product. But I was surprised that it didn’t run when I got caught out in the rain so that was a huge plus! I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy this but perhaps when it is on sale for a very good price then I’ll probably buy it.

The search is over! Great for dry undereyes

I didn’t want nor need another concealer to add to my way-too-reedonk-huge collection (foundations too), but in researching the Huda brand contemplating the Ruby palette (for which I just put up its first review – ????), this was just released so I gave it a go in Marshmallow (much more fair at 40 now – retin a and spf and all that). I was covering slight redness and slight darkness under eye. Otherwise my skin is perfect. Sorry that sounds like I’m a jerk. Haha. Mac approximately nw15 (as we know they vary… I only go up to nw20 in their pot concealer). I usually take a fair pink shade. Everything oxidizes on my face.
Go figure that I just stopped wearing foundations and concealers shortly after this since with the skincare game ante upped, I just feel I don’t need it. Powder doesn’t touch my face unless maybe a BB shimmer brick since it makes me look 100 and I hate matte ANYTHING. If I make myself fancy I’ll use Laura Mercier TM original in cameo mixed w illuminating bare radiance and dab peach light strobe cream under eye to cancel blue and as I said I like to live the slug life 24/7. Shimmer: bonus.
So my face is always lubed up and SPFd if I even ever apply this anymore (usually non-sleep mornings). Do not at all dig metal eye product applicators so I don’t do that but I slap some under eye (inner corner ONLY nothing near the area where crows feet once lived and have been annihilated by retin a — I do smile often after all and want nothing creasing there). I’ll maybe blend down with fingers, brush, mini beauty blender or whatever around nose and stuff. It looks VERY light but quickly warms to match me. Never ever do I set w powder EVER. The matte ness doesn’t matter since I am applying to extremely moisturized disco ball skin.
I gotta hand it to Huda. This (& above referenced ruby shadow palette) wow me. It actually doesn’t crease migrate fade or move. I just turned 40 y’all. It lasts all day. If I bother with primer it’s hourglass serum 28 or whatever which is basically oil. No setting powder spray etc. This is better than nars, mac, Chanel, name any brand it’s my fave for really providing opaque yet non artificial looking coverage. Others not bad but aren’t this opaque. This is my no sleep big guns. I imagine people with acne type problems would need this in their lives- like yesterday! Just sample color and see if it oxidizes all day before purchase, since covering active or scarred acne is tricky if I remember correctly.
Color/undertone range vast. I recommend. If I’m not using my peach strobe cream “concealer” or the OG YSL touche éclat just to brighten up not cover up… I reach for this. Chanel corrector in rose is my 2nd fave but sheer. I dislike shade range of nars radiant (so obvi caters yellow), but don’t mind the new pot one in creme brûlée. Bobbi correctors and concealers blow goats and their “everyone needs yellow” theory is so lame if you’re pink like me and don’t wana feign jaundice. On an extremely rare fancy occasion where I wear veritable foundation I just use that as my concealer.
Edit to add: the weird extreme closeups are me wearing nothing on complexion except this in marshmallow around where I said above ^ and tan de Chanel cream bronzer — one is flash photo to show slight flashback. Obvi there’s lip and eye makeup going on (featured: Huda ruby obsession)

This is IT. Previously I used Mac ProLongwear Concealer NC20 (great coverage but cakey in lines) and Maybelline Fit Me in Sand (a bit too yellow, but great texture, no caking, needed two layers – which I don’t mind doing. But lately the weather is so humid here and I was getting sick of the yellow in the Fit Me, so purchased this Huda concealer in Coconut Flakes. It doesn’t cake on me, or accentuate lines (I use it for dark circles only). This shade is pretty close to perfect – it’s a bit lighter than my NC20 shade make-up and less yellow, but I like that it takes away from the yellowness and gives a bit of a lift. It’s about the same shade, slightly darker than the NC20 ProLongwear concealer I used to have. (In MAC I’ve found NC20 is different in every foundation/product, so the concealer in Mac was slightly too pale IMO.) The best part is it covers in one layer (though adding another is possible) without caking, and stays on in our humid Australian weather. I can’t say the same for Maybelline Fit Me, even though it was a nice concealer. I’m just glad to find something less yellow. I’m also going to stop buying the MAC ProLongwear as the NC20 is too yellow and the NWs are too pink and the neutrals are too dead on me. I have found that their waterproof foundation in the tube in NC30 is a perfect shade for my skin, more neutral than yellow. It’s very easy for me to squeeze the tube to get just the tiniest amount out, so this is going to last me a long time.

I was very excited to try the Huda Beauty Overachiever Concealer, as it is my first product from Huda’s brand. I can successfully wear two of the shades – Marshmallow and Meringue. However, I simply could not get this concealer to work well for me. It is very thick and full coverage, which is not necessarily a negative, but on my skin looked much too full and heavy. I also found the formula very hard to work with – it sets extremely quickly and I found it very hard to blend. I had the most success with my sponge rather than my brush or fingers, but had to move extremely quickly and be a bit rougher on my skin than usual in order to get it to blend smoothly and nicely. This is a huge negative as I don’t like to be rough on my skin – especially my undereye area. I definitely think this is better for spots and blemishes rather than under eyes. It did not look nice on my skin once it had set either – it looked very dry and cakey. I definitely will not continue to use this product, and I don’t recommend it at all. I believe that maybe if you are a fan of Huda’s foundation – which is also meant to have a thick and heavy formula – you may enjoy this concealer, but overall I am surprised this product has such a high rating. It isn’t a cheap product either, so I was extremely disappointed.

I was afraid that this would be overly matte, thick and heavy concealer but I was so wrong. Coverage is good but it still manages to look very natural.I like this more that Too faced sculpting concealer because it looks more like skin and doesn’t break me out.
Love the scent, but some people may dislike it because it is quite strong. Overall I’m very happy that I tried this and will repurchase.

I picked this up in the shade Marshmallow, I love the name and the shade is perfect for under the eyes. It’s very pale but with slight peach undertones.
It’s easy to overdo (apply too much) since it’s in a squeeze tube, but the metal applicator feels really nice so I enjoy using it. The coverage is very good too..

This is an early review. I received this concealer from Sephora during the 20% off sale, in the shade Cotton Candy, which is a great option for me. I’m an NW 20 in MAC. I think it’s wonderful, based on one use! My eyes have dark bags, and I have redness around my mouth. So far, it works great! I’m 63 years old, and this is the best concealer I’ve used under my eyes. It looks natural, and does diminish the look of darkness/bags. I think I need to apply a little more and pat it in better. I simply didn’t have time to experiment with it today.
The squeeze tube with metal tip works great. I have tried my daughter’s iconic Lancôme concealer under my eyes, but it was too dry. I’ll update if I have more info!
