So expensive. So good. So hard to give up.
I have oily deep toned Indian skin and awful dark circles, and I’ve been using MAC’s stellar Orange corrector with MAC’s Studio finish pot of concealer for years.
I was hoping to find something spreadier than MAC’s concealer, which tended to cake in the inner corners of my eyes, and got just a bit darker as the day wore on.
I use the Bobbi Brown in Warm Honey and I am pretty happy with the results.
This concealer is so pigmented and strong that I get full coverage over the orange corrector even when I’ve thinned it out with some moisturiser. It doesn’t budge, change colour or flake at the edges through the day. There is none of that ghostly cast in flash photos. and the finish looks good even up close. And it is spreadier – like I said, I think it out a little.
I’m not a fan of the doe-foot applicator. I mix some product with moisturiser on the back of my hand and apply it dab-dab style with a crease brush, blending he edges. If anything is left over, i sort of swipe it over my chin. So it’s all used up.
I would repurchase, despite the higher price.

The Bobbi Brown Instant full coverage concealer has an amazing coverage! I use the shade Ivory and it matches perfectly! When I first tried it, I was a bit shocked because it’s so sticky but after a few times using it, it’s all good! It’s kind of moisturising as well, which means it won’t show any dry area which I have under my eyes, as most concealers can be pretty dry, this one doesn’t, so if I set it woth powder, it looks very smooth and I’m so happy with the result❤s

Got this concealer a few days ago, it has a great coverage and feels very comfortable on the skin. The applicator isn’t my favourite i prefer using the brush to spread it out and gentle massage it into the skin. Fingers work as well. All in all a great concealer for everyday use.

The concealer has a very sticky texture but I feel like this keeps it from creasing so it won’t set as fast as some others. It will crease of course every concealer does that but it just feels like it takes much longer. The coverage is perfect. Can’t complain about it, except the price but it’s very high quality and feels good on the skin!

The product is indeed tricky to work with. Most people have no idea on how they should use products the correct way as they watch “famous” YouTuber who have no idea how to apply it and just want so SELL some stuff. (Buy subscriber, comments, views, etc.) Anyway, this Bobbi Brown concealer is a little sticky, and as some reviewers already mentioned, it takes time to blend. The last reviewer said that they haven’t many shades, however, if you can’t find your shade “DON’T BUY IT” is that so difficult?! It’s not perfect, and there are better concealers on the market, but I do like it, and I would probably repurchase it.

Wow, I really hate this product. The shade range isn’t that great and the only colour that worked for me was honey but even that was too light. The coverage on this is fine but it blends weirdly and ended up looking grey on me. The next shade up would have been too darjk as its darker than my foundation shade. This product justr felt dry under the eye area. It emphasized texture and fine lines and just generally looked really unflattering on me. It honestly ruined my makeup and I had to take it off and start again. I just don’t think this is a great product at all.

I think people are giving this concealer bad reviews is because they are not using it correctly. I also struggled abit until i went back to the BB counter and got schooled on how to use it. Gives amazing coverage and requires some patience. The doe foot applicator is perfect because it does not pick up much product averting a cakey mess.
I urge people to give this another try!

This concealer has a very unique formula, which requires an unique way of applying it. This stuff is very pigmented. I literally use one dot underneath the eyes, let that sit on the skin for 1 min (in the meantime I do my brows etc.), then blend it out with my fingers, let it set again for 5 min, then blend out the excess product that has started to crease….then it should look perfect, but I like to set it with a damp beautyblender with some Laura Mercier loose setting powder. This method creates a beautiful finish and it lasts all day.

Wow. This is one of the worst concealers I have used to date. I’m not sure whether I bought a bad batch (I bought it from one of the Bobbi Brown boutiques btw), but this is really sticky and a nightmare to blend. The formulation is very thick, so when you apply to your undereye, it actually drags the skin. I don’t know whether the product needs to be “warmed up” prior to applying but, if it does, then I’d rather just use something else. Once it’s on my skin, I blend out immediately with a damp beautyblender. It’s very difficult to blend out, due to its thick and sticky nature, and it never really dries. I tried setting it with a transluscent powder, but all it did was crease up really badly and (eventually) just caked up over the course of the day. So, by the end of the day, my undereye looked cakey, creased and greasy.
The shade range is decent, and it definitely is full coverage, but it’s an awful formulation.
I won’t repurchase, unfortunately.

The ONLY BB concealer that I ever liked and I like it plenty! My IT Cosmetics was working good, NARS Radiant was fine, Cle de Peau ok, Bare Escentuals Stroke of Light pretty good too. You get the picture that I’m always on the hunt so listen up: this is a great undereye concealer! Colour range is fantastic (I got cool sand which has a bit of pink, making it neutral), the product itself is thick pigment which easily pats in to just melt right into your skin. It’s undetectable. Beautypedia notes, and it’s true, that initially there is some creasing but then it buffs out never to appear again. But I’ve experienced that with other products as well. I look super awake with this and it doesn’t budge. Long after my other products have faded this one is still going. I have tried other BB concealers and I didn’t like them for one reason or another and I really thought that corrector product made a big mess but she really made it work this time. It comes in a tube with a doe foot applicator which distributes the product around the area (dot, dot, dot first, THEN blend with fingers). No setting powder required but you do need a moisturizer underneath.
