It has a light to medium coverage. It’s not as moisturising as the Bareskin serum concealer. It has a thin texture and satin finish. Similar products or dupes to this, in texture and finish are the FLOWER beauty concealer (100% similar), and the Maybelline Eraser Concealer. This could also work as face concealer. It creases on my fine lines like most concealers and it has relatively good staying powder, even when I use it on my oily skin to cover blemishes. I have the shade Medium which is close to NC30 to 35. I won’t repurchase it because I don’t think it is something unique or something I couldn’t find for cheaper but I’m not disappointed either.

For reference: I have dry, dehydrated skin with a lot of texture on my forehead/chin and sebaceous filaments on my nose. I have hormonal acne and scarring on my chin and some redness on my cheeks. I don’t have dark circles under my eyes to worry about.
I like this concealer, but it’s very specifically designed to be used under the eyes. When given a smooth surface to sit on this really gives your skin a youthful, fresh look to it. It isn’t dewy, but I think this could make even dry underlies look refreshed and healthy. However, the trouble comes in when you try to use this on other, more textured parts of the face. For example, my chin has a decent amount of texture from peach fuzz and many years of acne scarring- no amount of exfoliating ever makes it *truly* smooth. This concealer does not favors for that area, and really clings to any bumps or dry patches I have. The same goes for my forehead/between my eyes; this catches on any tiny brow hairs that might have been missed and will catch onto my scaly lizard skin and lift. It’s bizarre because it’s not a drying texture, but somehow it really clings to imperfections. I really wish this did better on those trouble areas because it is so gorgeous on the undereyes.
Other things to not about this concealer- it has really good lasting power. Especially considering how hydrating it feels. It definitely lasts through a whole work day. It also sticks to spots that sometimes don’t hold onto concealer for me- specifically my nose and blemishes. It’s a struggle to find any product that stays on my nose and doesn’t lift off or streak horribly. I also can’t seem to get a concealer to stick onto blemishes for more than 2 hours. Somehow this concealer does it, which I appreciate. The packaging is nice too, it’s simple yet sturdy and the doe foot is flat so you pick up product on both sides.
Overall, I like this concealer and would definitely recommend it if you have smooth skin. But, if you’re someone who struggles with acne scarring or texture, I might steer you in another direction.
