I’m sorry but this palette is horrible. The formula is SO patchy, it’s impossible to blend! Everything just sits on the skin and spreads out, it looks terrible. Definitely would not recommend to anyone, ever.

I personally love this little kit more than I’d like to admit. I can’t give it five lippies owing to the fact that I only use two colors out of the six (the green corrector and the darker of the concealers) but for my own skin i’ve never found something that works as well. the green is a lifesaver for my blotchy complexion around my chin/nose area, and though the itty bitty brush they give you is kind of awkward to work with, i’ve found that once applied, patting the product down with a ring finger or beauty blender works just fine. just make sure to blend and pat down, otherwise the concealer will just mix with the green instead of laying comfortably over top, and, well, then you look like a vaguely green swamp monster, which isn’t cute. but overall, this little helper has a permanent home in my concealer drawer, as does a duplicate in my purse and/or travel bag.

I got this hoping that this would save me money and trouble buying separate products and shades… but having oily skin and a golden skin tone, the “Light” palette did not work for me at all. The shades may have actually been too pale for my skin so it left my skin looking a little more ghostly even after applying a light-medium foundation and setting powder over it. It looks more unnatural than just using foundation and setting powder by itself without the concealer. Additionally, the palette is entirely cream-based, and not the cream-to-powder type I was hoping it would be like. So the concealer and color correcting greens and yellows slide around so much on the skin that I have to pat on more product just to get the coverage I need, in turn paling my skin even more. Maybe someone with fairer, drier skin will have more luck with having this work for them. It’s a shame because it seemed like a promising time-saver.
