Hi i use order lot of stuf from Amiclubwear nearly 10 years now ,but past 4 yrs im kind of slow down because of their customer service very bad and hard to Reach them on the phone they never answer their calls
And shipping charges too high for domestic
But there some of their product quality r very good,but I’m still buying stuff from them not like I used to be though

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst week, that’s right over a entire week dealing with this company! 1st wrong dress sent
#2 try….sent to incorrect address by a lady that claims to be a supervisor Caroline Aguilerar(caroline.aguilerar@ami.) and over the phone told me she would make sure it was correct.
3rd try dress that was rechosen was damaged, she emailed my daughter 10 min before leaving for the WEEKEND (how convenient ) and,said the dress she,picked was damaged and would not be able to be shipped. (Mind you all this,was done on our end in plenty of time for my daughters trip that she,had saved and saved to go on and now has been a living hell) 4th called first thing Monday (still enough time to get straighted out) company phone has been shut off recorded message saying will be back Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday recorded messaget again saying phones are off and company would be back Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday recorded message saying on Wednesday they would be back on Tuesday (yep that’s right) Now on Thursday I get through ask to speak to Caroline Aguilerar after holding for over 1 hour that CSR SENDS ME TO A VOICE MAIL OF SOME OTHER PERSON and cuts me off. Plus a swimsuit that was ordered never showed up! Sopposidly my daughters,dress will be delivered tomorrow I have my doubts. And they will not do anything about the swimsuit! :

Ordered over two hundred dollars of items and was very disappointed with every step of the process! I found the items and the prices very good online, but as soon as I received them I learned the quality was very low. One of the dresses I ordered had been worn…. tags cut off…… and stains found on dress! I also found a pair for shoes I ordered damaged and not wearable!!! I was also sent a confirmation on a necklace I never ordered!!!!
I went to the website thinking I could just fill out a form. I had just received the items in the mail (less then 24 hrs.) I found that you could not even find anything on there website giving you instructions on how to exchange or request a refund! I had to Google AMI Club wear returns and was able to find a email address that you email your concern to and they will tell you what to do!!! WHATTTT anyhow I did and received an email stating I needed to take pictures of each item damaged and prove with a pictures and item number, packaging and product that I was showing everything… I have ordered many times from many companies and will not be returning anytime soon! Not sure if I will get my money back! After sending 25 pictures of everything we will see…

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from AMI and I am so happy I did! Super inexpensive and qaulity is good too. They are cheaper than Heels.com Sorry bye bye…and offer almost the same assortment.They purchase from wholesellers, so if you do your research and know about companies like Qupid or Shoe Republic, etc, you can make a decision what quality to expect.
But yes- I am so happy and already looking forward to purchasing some more things in the future.

I’m surprised there are so many bad reviews about AMIClubWear! My experience with them have been good so far.
Shipping:
All my orders have been shipped in a timely manner, usually in 1-2 business days. It takes at least 2 weeks for the parcel to reach me in Toronto.
Processing at the Canadian border takes at least 2-3 days, since they are quite strict.
The border officials opened one of my parcels before, and did not bother to seal it back! It arrived opened and the contents were in a mess! Thankfully the shoes inside were not damaged, but the rough handling pissed me off.
Shipping Prices:
Shipping prices are EXPENSIVE. It costs a big $30 to ship shoes to Toronto. However it is understandable since sending several huge boxes of shoes across the border is not cheap to begin with.
Shoe Review:
I have only ever ordered high heels and booties from AMIClubWear.
The shoe quality is decent, alright for its price. Not high-end quality, but not shabby either. They look presentable and feel just like any other low to medium priced heel.
AMI’s shoe quality is similar to shoes you would find at Payless. It also probably cost around the same as Payless’ prices factoring in the cost of shipping. However, AMI’s wider variety of avant-garde shoes completely blows Payless’ smaller selection away.
Shoe Sizes:
Shoe sizing tends to run small on AMI. I select half a size larger when I order.
I am normally a size 5.5 for heels. My very first order from AMI was a pair of pink Maryjanes in size 5.5. It was too small for me. I was disappointed.
I did not return the shoe since I don’t want to spend another $30 on shipping. I’m going to try to stretch the Maryjanes half a size larger, hoping I’ll be able to salvage them.
Since then, I order all my shoes from AMI as size 6. All my size 6 shoes fit me perfectly and I am satisfied with them.
Verdict:
Looking for crazy, flashy, avant-garde shoes? I’d suggest you take the risk and try AMIClubWear.
Looking for basic shoes you can wear everday? AMI is the wrong place for that.

Ive read MANYY bad reviews on this ami clubwear website after ordering my product. So i was little worried…
but once i got my things in the mail which took mon-wednesday ( i live in nor cal, it comes from so cal).
I ordered a pair of furry pom pom boots which honestly dont seem like the highest quality but for 24$ thats fine. but their very cute and are exactly what i pictured they would be!
I also ordered two shirts, both in Medium. and let me tell you they are for sure junior sizes. but their cute!
Their shipping is a little high though.. they should fix that.

I have read some reviews on the net..and was actually shocked to see so many negative complaints…my experience from them has been very very good. 🙂
I first ordered only a pair of boots from them…they came in very quick, they were not damaged, and the size was perfect..I believe they were the white slouch knee platform boots..very nice and sexy!! Then I ordered the same kind–but in brown. 🙂 They got my size right, and shipping was excellent.
I did recently order some clothes and is awaiting the rest of my order..they gave me the tracking # 2 days after purchase..and I’m so excited to get my order. They do have the cutest clothes and styles for much less. I don’t expect them to have the most “highest” quality—but that is understandable..since if you want really high quality–then you would shop at Macy’s, Nordstrom, or some other brand. But I’m curious to know if Amiclubwear is related to Hot Miami Styles–because their website is almost exactly the same (minus different models, and slight different clothes)..but the website has the exact same features…and I also got a sexy black cotton Romper from Hot Miami Styles–and LOVED it!!!! AND—it came FAST. 🙂
