Ok, I can’t help myself. I went to Boots looking for a once a day sunscreen (testing out now) and ran across this as I was looking around.
OK I have acne prone reactive, combination oily skin with mixed hyper-pigmentation blehs.
I thought this would be a great morning cleanser. Its just ok. I find the fragrance really strong, so if your tolerance for fragrance is low. Steer clear. I find this left my face tight after using, I live in London and the water is moderately hard which will have an impact. Just the tightness alone will negatively impact my dry patches near my mouth and cause even more reactive pigmentation issues. Not cool.
As it is a gel, the tube delivery is not great if the cap is mot on properly then it will leak, a pump would be better.
I am going away for the weekend so will use it as a body wash. So it will get used up. But a fail from me.

I’m writing this review after 3 months of continuous (morning and night) use. At first, this gel was great! Gentle and effective. I use a make up remover wipe (same ones I’ve been using for about 5 yrs) to get rid of mu at night, then this cleanser to make sure all of the residue and such was gone. This seemed to be doing a good job of being just a good cleanser. Fast forward about 6 weeks, and I notice that my skin is getting kinda drier as the weather is getting warmer. WTH? I’ve always had oily skin. This is weird. I don’t think anything of it. Maybe it’s the new powder I’m using. Fast forward another month and I’m getting awful flaking in my tzone. The oilest part of my face? Huh? I’m also noticing some terrible clogging all over, redness, irritation, and eczema that’s getting worse by the day. The very last time I used this cleanser, my face turned red, hot, and so irritated I felt like my face was on fire. I never connected anything to this cleanser bc it’s supposed to be gentle, it’s natural, and the ingredients seemed fine. However, over time, this cleanser became a disaster for me. Since then, I have used a different wash (that I have used successfully in the past) and my face had recovered after only a few uses. I hope this never happens to anyone. Your experience will vary, just sharing what happened with me.

This cleanser does the job. I use it in the morning on my oily skin, and it gets rid of any excess moisture and dirt. It’s very gentle, but very effective at the same time. My skin is very sensitive so most cleansers just make my face go completely red, but not with this one. I will use this up, and if I don’t know what cleanser to buy I will reach for this one. I really like it, but I wouldn’t recommend it to people with dry skin. My skin isn’t breaking out because of this cleanser.

I actually really like this product. I have acne-prone skin and many face washes would irritate my face or leave it tight or make it red, and this product is the opposite. It is very gentle and doesn’t leave my face feeling tight. It has not caused any breakouts, and it actually seems to help soothe my skin like it says. I use it morning and night.

I like this, and use it often as a morning cleanser. I like the cucumbery smell and I just rub this all over and remove with a moist washcloth. I’ve never tried to use it as an evening cleanser or makeup remover.

This is a really nice, natural and gentle cleanser which doesn’t leave my skin tight. I only use it in a morning so I don’t know how good it is taking off long wearing makeup. This smells really nice, feels creamy (even though it is more of a gel) and leaves me skin feeling soft. Can’t really fault it for anything! I would buy again, but there are so many cleansers out there that I will get sidetracked with other brands before buying this again.

This is my alternate to my HG weleda almond cleansing lotion cleanser. Sometimes the weleda can be a bit too moisturizing (especially during the summer), so when I feel like my combination-dry skin is slightly too oily, I reach for this cleanser. The reason I don’t use this one all the time is that I feel that it is a little too drying if I use it days or weeks in a row. Prior to finding my weleda almond cleansing lotion, I used this daily. It’s a great product, paraben free, nice and soothing for sensitive skin. It does have a fragrance, but it’s not too over powering in my opinion.

this is a really good gentel cleanser. i found this at target when i was purchasing the soothing cucumber wipes when i stumbled apon this cleanser. i have always had very sensitive skin, and the only cleanser my skin whould tollerate was the unsented, sensitve skin, dove bar- which is really good if u have sensitive skin like me btw, but it was a bit hydrating- anyway i was skeptical trying this but the wipes didnt make my skin rear it ugly head so i decided to give it a go. turns out i really like it, i only gave it four lippies because i dont know if there is anything better or not,but yeah at first it dried me out a litle bit but as i kept using it my skin adjusted and now ts really smooth. it evn dried up some of my acne,my skin is much clearer now than it used to be, and let me add in the best shape than it has been in a long time. the consistancy is a little runny but that doesnt really influence the way it works, for those of you that are familiar with cucumbers when you cut into them the extra juice has a similar texture. it does have a bit of fragrance very fresh, cucumbery, but also somewhat strong so if u are super sensitve to fragrance beware. the price was bit expensive for a super market cleanser (14$) but im guessing because it natural, and hey it works so i have no problem spending the money. the packaging is fine i really honestly dont care what the package looks like, what matters is whats on the inside (that goes for people to, folks)but its ur basic squeeze tube, pop top, nothing to crazy but practical. overall.. go buy this product now!

ok everyone, this is still a great product that i like but i did take a lippy off because after some time it became to drying for me and i went back to the dove bar. But if you have slightly oily or combo skin this could be good for you. and it still may be nice in the summer for those of you with dryer skin because i really wiskes away the oil and sweat from the heat. its not my HG, but definetly a good choice. oh, and also the tube lasts for about 2 months depending on how much u use. i used a quarter/nickle sized squirt twice a day. not sure if im buying this agin or not. ill say yes on the question up there because i want this product to get altest one or two good reviews and who knows? i may end up going back to it in the hotter months

This is a nice cleanser that really is gentle. This is also an effective cleanser! I have been having a tough time getting my eye makeup off at night even when I have used an oil cleanser prior to using my all over face cleanser. This smells great, and I enjoy using this to give a bit of calming effect while getting ready for bed. People that are very sensitive to scents might not like this. Also, of you are using this to also wash away makeup at night, you might need to use a little more product than you may have used with other cleansers.
