I have dry skin from being on accutane a few years ago. I was cleansing my face with micellar water in the am and a foam cleanser in the pm. I was noticing in the morning my face was extremely parched. No residue from moisturizer the night before. My skin was soaking up everything I put on it. I decided to try a different cleanser and see if that made a difference. I was skeptical of oil cleansers, but I was wrong! This is a DREAM for dry skin! It cleanses without stripping AND adds moisture! It has a thick cream consistency and has a light coconut smell, the standard coconut sent throughout the Yes To Coconut line. My skin feels smooth afterwards and I have noticed a change in the moisture of my skin. In the morning, there is some residue on my face from moisturising the night before. I’ve been using this twice a day, morning and night. In the morning, I use the cleanser with my fingers or my luna foreo. At night, I use my clarisonic. To use this with a cleansing device, spread it out on your face first then go in with your device. The cleanser does not foam so it needs to be spread first.
For a drugstore cleanser, it is a bit expensive ($10) and comes with a fluid oz less than standard. However, before using this I was considering dropping $40 on an expensive moisturizer at Sephora and now I don’t think I have to. If you have dry skin, you need this! I don’t think I will ever use a foam cleanser again. They are just too harsh for my skin type.

If you have dry skin and love the smell of coconut this product is for you! It is creamy and contains virgin coconut and chia seed oils for extra nourishing moisture for your skin. It does not foam but it does still clean your skin while moisturizing at the same time. I love the silky feel of my skin after using this cleanser. I’ve pretty much given up gel / foaming cleansers now that my skin has changed from oily to dry over time – they are way too harsh for me. I bought the Ultra Hydrating Facial Mask and can’t wait to try it out as well. These products smell delicious, reminds me of being on vacation in the tropics.
