There’s no medicine, cleanser, lotion, etc.. that would heal my acne. At 37 years old I’ve found my holy grail cleanser! This Cleanser is a miracle. It has amazingly improved and cleared my acne within a week! The stubborn acne that I had on my chest and back also cleared; I’m still in awe in how awesome this product has worked wonders on my skin. Yes, its pricey BUT a little goes a long way, it’ll last you months. I will continue to purchase Evan Healy tea tree cleanser forever.

I have tried absolutely everything you could think of for acne prone skin, this cleanser remains my favorite. This cleanser is very gentle on my skin. Another reviewer mentioned she had to use alot of product. I found this statement absolutely false for myself. I hardly have to use one pump!!! It lathers up really nice for me, and a little goes a really long way.
I bought my first full- size bottle in late march, and I still have about 1/10th of a bottle left(which means I wont have to buy another bottle until mid november). So yes, this stuff is crazy expensive, but it lasts a long time. This product was very good at removing lots of face makeup gently. It diminished the severity of my acne remarkably well.. If you have red, inflamed, painful skin because of your acne, try this. After using this cleanser for 7 months, I have absolutely no redness of the skin what so ever. This product got rid of it all. I still have acne, but it is no longer painful and irritated. My skin is also really soft and smooth now.
The size of my breakouts went down by alot, and it is now very rare that I ever get a new breakout. On a final note, the ingredients in this product are perfect. No cancerous chemicals or questionable ingredients at all. I will continue to buy this product and I reccomend it to all my friends. The only person I wouldn’t reccomend it to would be someone allergic to tea tree oil(obviously) and someone who has DRY acne prone skin. If you have dry skin do not dare touch this stuff!!!(my mom learned that the hard way, burned her skin and made it peel a bit)
The packaging is annoying and it doesn’t travel well at all, I just leave the bottle in the bathroom and squirt a bit into a travel case when I go somewhere so I dont have to lug the glass bottle along. That way there are very few problems. Hope that helps!:)

I tried the trial size of this cleanser and felt it was alright so went on to purchase the full-size. The gel takes a bit to get used to. I felt like I needed a lot of the product to foam up and lather onto my face. If I didn’t use two to three pumps then the gel would sort of disappear or dry out on my skin. That made it go by pretty quickly. The smell is very nice; smells of lavender and tea tree oil (of course!) and the glass packaging is aesthetically nice (like all of EH products).
I tried very hard to like this product, but at the end it did not work for me. I am not sure what in it did not agree with my skin, because everything in it is clean. It kind of made my breakouts worse after a while. At first (trial size) my skin felt really clean and soft after washing, but two weeks in and I noticed an increase in underground tiny bumps and it made my skin blotchy. As a matter of fact, it increased the pigmentation of my facial skin so my neck looked awkwardly pale compared to my face. Alas, I had to quit and move on. I still like EH’s philosophy, but could not go on using this cleanser. Also, I don’t know if the pump on my cleanser was faulty, but sometimes I would come back to find gel dripping from the pump. It was very messy and frustrating to deal with as it dripped frequently.

I really like this cleanser but I had to adjust my routine so I don’t aggravate my eczema-like dry patches. This cleanser doesn’t feel strong while you have it on your face, and it doesn’t feel too drying either, but the sensitive areas on my face get all red, dry and itchy after just one use. So when I do use this cleanser (every other night) I first put barrier repair (Dermalogica) around my chin (where I have very sensitive skin). This helps to protect it, while cleaning the rest of my pretty clogged pores (I have been trying some new products which happened to make my face fairly unhappy :(((
I like this cleanser a lot because it is strong but not aggressive. For someone with oily skin without extra-sensitivity issues like eczema this cleanser might be great.

I was weary of using a cleanser with tea tree oil, as my dry but acne-prone skin has not responded well to it in the past. But I love it! I have recently switched over to using evan healy products 100% of the time and using this morning and night immediately cleared my minor breakouts and has not dried out my skin one bit.
Overall, I’m very happy with evan healy products and this cleanser is no exception. If you have very dry skin you’d probably do better with one of her cleansing milks (and probably wouldn’t be interested in this product in the first place). I think this I will enjoy this one even more in the hotter spring and summer months to come.

I have been looking for an organic cleanser for my combination, at times oily, skin. In the same time my skin is quite sensitive and doesn’t like harsh treatments and cleansers with lots of chemicals (neither do I). Though the price is the most I will pay for a cleanser, I think I might keep buying this. It keeps acne away most of the time and doesn’t my skin too much out. I like the smell, which is fresh and natural and clean, and the glass bottle is cute, but I’m a bit worried for taking it with me when travelling.

Love it. This is saving me from the acne festival I caused myself trying double cleansing (oil+mild cleanser). I did not find it drying at all – and I have very sensitive combination skin. I think using a hydrosol and then a serum after washing probably prevented dryness for me.
It’s a lot of money for cleanser, but I have been using the small bottle you get with the Blemish Kit since August and I have half left, washing twice daily. So…I will definitely buy again.

Love this. I don’t find it drying at all, it made me realize my other cleanser actually was drying. I just hate the price, but I love the glass bottle.

I love this cleanser! They had some woman in at the local health food store promoting evanhealy products and she recommended the blemish kit to me. Thanks lady, like I didn’t notice the cystic acne along my chin. ANYWAYS…I got this along with the french rose clay…can’t stay much for that…I’m too obsessed with indian healing clay to use it often…but this cleanser. WOW. Just wow. I love it. Fresh scent, not messy whatsoever, cleans so well…clears me right up. My only two complaints are the price (holy shit) and that it’s a little bit on the drying side but whatever….so worth it. Does make you purge a bit but my skin is looking better than it has been in a loooong time.
By the way….I say it’s drying and I have OIIIILLLLYYY skin. I could supply McDonald’s with enough grease for their fries daily. BP doesn’t even dry me out. So dry skin folk…not for you. Normal skin…proceed with caution.
EDIT: Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. It’s a decent cleanser but doesn’t do anything special. It just doesn’t agree with my skin. But…evanhealy masks….hell yeah.

I wanted to love this cleanser but sadly, my experience using it was a nightmare. Yet, maybe this stuff is not all to blame. I take into consideration that I have sensitive skin and it was winter at the time. So for starters, I love the glass bottle. Very cute. I also love the fresh smell. After a week of using this I broke out in the most hot and painful ecxema
patches around my mouth and chin area that I’ve ever experienced!!! It was pure hell because after the redness wore away I was left with bad hyperpigmentation scars and on top of that two really bad cystic bumps under the skin which I never get. I was a hot and heavy mess. Dry skin, flakes….the works. An allergic reacti
on from hell. This is just my experience and I bet it’s wonderful to others. Tred softly if your of the sensitive
skin variety.
