Wow – my experience is the exact opposite of Marsen’s. Perhaps she got a bad bottle?
This stuff is a clear/white gel-cream, thicker than Cetaphil, which doesn’t foam. I bought it for $13 at my local Bath & Body Works. The pump bottle dispensed just enough for my face (about 3 pea-sized drops), which was nice. No film was left after cleansing, there was no irritation, and I didn’t have the usual dry eczema patches on my cheeks, either. I even used it on my super-sensitive eyes without irritation. My face felt gently cleansed but not stripped or at all greasy.
Unfortunately, it’s a little too heavy for everyday use. If it were less expensive, I’d use it as a daily body wash. This is great stuff, but so very thick.
