I’ve been repurchasing this product because it’s cheap and efficient. The texture isn’t as moisturising as Shu Uemura, isn’t as comfortable as Kose Sekkisei but its cleansing power is as strong as the both. Furthermore, it’s dirt cheap if you compared against any other makeup removers. I got mine for HKD48/59, depending on the currency fluctuation.
The scent isn’t as overpowering as softymo speedy cleansing oil which cleansing power is just as good but I didn’t like the scent.
The only negative point is that this is marketed as a whitening product but it failed to brighten up my skin. Firstly, I don’t believe in whitening cleansers because everyone simply puts them on their face for a few minutes before washing off. And if they’re do brighten up your skin within such a short time, chances are that the product contains harsh chemicals.
Awy, back to this topic, I love this and will continue to use this!!!!

I have been using this as my makeup remover (after which i use a cleanser). It removes most waterproof makeup and sunscreen, but not mascara. It would remove a bit of the mascara but I need to use an eye-makeup remover to remove all traces. It is otherwise a good oil cleanser if you use something after it for the actual cleaning, that’s partly because i prefer the squeaky clean feeling. As some reviewer have said you do need to use a lot of water to emulsify it for it to clean well. 2-3 pumps is enough for the whole face and neck, and a bottle would last me around 2 months. The pump can get a bit messy (leave traces of oil after pumping and drips down the side of bottle) and I would have to wipe it a bit. It’s not a bottle you can carry around if you are travelling.

Although I am very much a face wash girl, this cleansing oil has been a very nice change for me. I started using it about three months ago as my evening cleansing step to remove my thick sunblock. The texture is pretty viscous along the lines of mineral oil, with a slight citrus smell that is almost impossible to detect. I just need three pumps of the oil to remove my sunblock as well as any other face and eye makeup, without having to do an extra cleanse, and without any extra hassle. My combination skin never feels overly dried out either. No irritation or acne either. The packaging is your standard pump bottle that comes with a pull off clip to lock the pump. I have not traveled with it though to test out how durable against leaks it actually is.
I got the 230mL bottle of this, as well as a 170 refill pack as a package set on sasa.com for around $10, which was a marvelous deal, as I have seen just the 230 mL in a nearby Korean supermarket for six dollars more.
I don’t think I’ll ever abandon conventional face cleansers, but I’ll add the occasional bottle of this to my routine for sure when I feel like something different. If you come across this, don’t hesitate to try it out.
