Super affordable and a very nice product to use. Takes away face makeup perfectlu, though I would prefer something else for the eyes if you dont want to spend the time rubbing. I have gone through at least 4 of these and will continue buying

I have used many micellar water, mainly drugstore brands . Some more expensive , some cheaper than this. Some European, some Japanese and Asian Brands. I find the three best to be Biore, bioderma and this. For waterproof mascara I need more this won’t really remove (same for the rest).

This has been the first and only micellar water I’ve used so I can’t compare it to others, but as a product in its own right it’s been downright amazing.
I do not wear heavy makeup, usually just foundation, blush and brow pencil. This cleanses them off so quickly and thoroughly that I would imagine it would be effective for heavier makeup too.
I have had no irritation from this whatsoever, and am also glad it’s not drying on my dry skin, it actually feels soothing. It leaves skin feeling incredibly smooth. I have read that micellar water can leave residue on skin, but this smooth feeling honestly doesn’t feel like coating from the product to me.
It never broke me out, but I double cleanse anyway because I’ve just always done that. I did skip double cleansing twice in December when I got home really late and still woke up with perfect skin with not the tiniest breakout in sight.
I use it on no makeup days as well and find it cleanses very well that way too.
I never tried it on my eyes though. I have very sensitive eyes and don’t wear mascara or other eye makeup regularly, and when I do, I just cleanse with sesame oil or vaseline followed by a gentle foam wash because that’s the one method I know doesn’t cause me problems and I’d rather not risk it. That said, this micellar water does get near my eyes on accident sometimes and it causes no problem whatsoever. Given how effortlessly it removes the rest of my makeup, it would probably work on mascara too.
I don’t detect a scent. The bottle is fine, it’s easy to dispense without losing product, the cap is secure.
It’s affordable and lasts a while. It comes in travel size too, which is always a plus.
I’m most amazed by the calming and smoothing effect. Whatever ingredient is responsible for it, can they please just put it in everything?

Leaves a clean feeling, able to remove most makeup well, do not irritate eyes. Do not remove waterproof mascara very well, need to soak/wipe a few more times.

My all-time favorite micellar cleansing water! It takes off my makeup beautifully, and it doesn’t make my eyes sting or burn. I’m on my second bottle of it, and there’s no makeup remover like it. Definitely a staple in my routine!

This is just great! Effective, gentle and inexpensive. I have no reason to buy Bioderma’s micellaire which had never left my bathroom for the last eight years.

Been loving this one! I don’t like spending too much money on makeup removers and cleansers, considering that they last such a short time on your face. Well, this totally fits the bill, it’s cheap and effective. Removes my makeup (including mascara) and doesn’t leave an icky film on my skin. Will repurchase!

Very good micellar water/toner/make up remover. It is quite gentle and there is no detectable scent, which is great, it does not irritate my very sensitive skin, nor does it bother my allergy prone eyes. It effectively removes the dirt and all the makeup from my face and the skin feels clean and toned. But, it’s not as effective on my eye makeup. I use tons of dark shadows and liners and It takes some serious rubbing and pulling and even then I need an extra swipe of an eye makeup remover. If your eye makeup is not as heavy as mine, and if you don’t use mascara, this might be an ideal choice. All in all, while not perfect for me, it’s still a very good product at a reasonable price.

This isn’t a bad product it just has an odd place for skincare. It’s an eye makeup remover but can only get non- Waterproof products. It’s not a toner because it’s far to mild. So you use a lot of cotton balls to wipe your skin of all traces.

I have gone through a few bottles of this stuff every since the early days of its release.
It comes in very large 700ml bottles and is often on sale in various outlets.
It is multi-functional, as a toner, cleanser and makeup remover.
I have to be honest, for a while when I wasn’t really taking care of my skin, I actually had to stay away from this because it or any other makeup remover with oil in it would make the skin on my nose peel. Recently after I started a vigorous skin care routine I tried this again and it worked wonderfully and nothing peeled anywhere.
A lot of people expect a lot from this, as though it should work as efficiently as those dual phase eye makeup removers. But I found using up to 3 cotton pads soaked with this product seems to be the norm for me – I don’t even wear a lot of makeup. One for removing shadow, eyeliner, one for foundation and eyebrows, last one to go over everywhere just to make sure I got rid of all traces of makeup. After using this my face wouldn’t feel tight or overly oily, and it doesn’t sting my eyes. It has a little difficulty with waterproof mascaras though, so leave the soaked cotton pads over your eyes for a little longer.
It works well in a cotton bud to correct my makeup mistakes too.
I would still go and wash my face after using this, because who are we kidding? I know this product is supposed to be moisturising, “no rinsing needed” and all that. However, I have PTSD with pustular breakouts from not removing makeup properly when I was younger so I would rather double or triple cleanse than just relying on one product to do everything.
So overall, this micellar water is excellent value for money and does what it says on the bottle. It is gentle on the eyes and skin, and is an all-in-one product.
