I was introduced to micellar water as a gentle cleanser and make-up remover and did a bit of research before purchasing this brand. I do love the accessibility and ease of using this product and think it removes make up fairly well, but you definitely should rinse your face after use as it leaves a weird film. I also found the product to be too strong for my dry skin, and have had to use more moisturizer to compensate.

You get a lot of product for the price. Has cucumber scent. I did not find this effective at removing eye makeup. It only partially removed my face powder. The real downside, is that this causes me to break out. The labeling states that this is beneficial firsebum control and that is just not true at all.

i fell in love with bioderma’s sebium line after using this product. it’s gentle and effective and it’s worked wonders to my oily skin, helping to minimize the pores and reduce the number of blackheads on my nose.

Love this cleanser! Makes my skin feel really clean, and my skin definitely looks clearer since using this.

Edit. It got too drying on my skin

I use this in the morning instead of a cleanser and ive been really enjoying it. I am oily combo skin and this works pretty well. I dab a little of this (maybe 3 to 4 times on a cotton pad) then go to town on my face. I then just simply moisturize and get on with my day. I don’t feel dirty after using this and it smells great. I think its a great alternative to a morning cleanser for those with oily skin. personally i don’t feel the need to wash my face in the morning so i opt out for this or a toner. The toner method wasn’t doing my skin justice so i looked into this and im glad i tried it. It removes oil very well but it can feel drying if you have dry skin id say try the pink bottle. I will continue to use this and edit this review if anything changes. so far so good i also have sensitive skin that is acne prone but this has been doing my skin well for now.

I use and love this in the pink bottle and grabbed this at a local discount store figuring it would be just as good and a pretty good deal.
Well…it’s NOT just as good. It’s scented…heavily scented compared to the other. And there’s an undercurrent of perming solution scent (!!) Why why why.
Just why.

Nice product, I use it after washing makeup off, two cotton pads and I’m clean. In the morning it’s all I clean my face with, the minerals in this really calms my skin and preps it for serums. For oil and acne control I haven’t seen any major differences. Still a nice extra cleanser though, works like a skin tonic almost.
But why oh why does it have to have perfume? It smells like an old man’s cologne! No joke. I hate the scent. I bought it since the rest of the formulation is amazing (zinc & copper). I think I will try the Hydrabio (has niacinamide) next, and see if the scent is more tolerable. (Otherwise there’s always the more regular Sensibio). If you’re new to Bioderma micellars, don’t start with this one.. If you’re familiar with this brand and want to try something new with calming minerals, give it a go!

Holy grail micellar cleanser. Nothing else I’ve tried even compares. I highly recommend this it anyone with acne prone skin. I use it in the am to refresh my face for the day instead of a full cleanse. It doesn’t strip my skin and I love the light, fresh scent of the whole Sebium line. I recommend these products to all my customers with oily/acne prone skin.

I am a skin care whore in the sense that I try so many damn things that my cupboards are filled with things i will use once or twice, and forget to reach for again.
This micellar water initially grabbed my attention because the actual product was new to me… removing makeup with a micellar water? Well well well what is this? I must try. I was never a fan of washing my face twice (but do live by the double-cleanse), as an oily skinned girl, I felt that only contributed to over drying my skin and producing more oil, so I figured this may help even a bit.
I have an extremely large bottle with a pump at the top which makes it fun and convenient to use in the PM for my first cleansing step. I saturate about 2-3 large square cotton rounds and get to wiping gently. I prefer to do gentle, but firm, strokes in one direction as to not irritate my sensitive skin that turns red at every touch. I wear a FULL face of makeup (Estee Lauder Double Wear + all other bells and whistles) and this removes almost all of it.
I dont like it for my eye makeup removal because its honestly a lot of work for my mascara removal and it can sting if accidentally gotten into eyes.. This makes me skin feel SO clean and refreshed after using it, and my face seems more even toned and calm after using this. This is geared for oily, problem skin (i assume the Zinc in it has something to do with that) but seeing as i wash my face right after for my last step in double-cleanse, I cant really say if it works for that.
I hope to continue to enjoy the results of this product.

I have really oily skin and wear makeup daily. This is by far the best makeup remover I’ve ever used! This removes my full face of makeup with 3/4 cotton pads. I wear foundation, highlighter, bronzer, mascara, falsies and eyeliner. Removing my makeup is really easy and it doesn’t irritate my skin which I have some sensitive areas. I’ve found that some micellar waters don’t remove all my makeup and which I would have to keep wiping my face until everything is removed which hurts, but not this one! I’ve repurchased this so many times now and the huge bottle lasts me about 3 months.
