Good cleanser that works well on dry skin. There are better cleansers out there, but not too many. I would recommend it to people and repurchase.

This cleanser is ok. Didn’t do anything for my skin either way. I found the scent a little irritating for my skin which is strong. The cleanser removes makeup well, slightly drying on my skin

I love this cleanser. It’s a fairly thick cream that spreads easily onto the face without tugging. Yet despite being quite thick it rinses clean very easily. The best thing is that it doesn’t irritate or dry my skin at all even in harsh Canadian winter weather. It claims to be a “comfort cleanser” and it really does that. My skin just feels clean and awake and moist when I use this. It is a very gentle cleanser so I tend to use it in the mornings when I just want to refresh my skin. The scent is a pleasant herbal smell with a touch of rose, and it dissipates quickly. The tube packaging is straightforward – nothing glamorous but nothing wasteful either (I hate products that are packaged in a box or other elaborate packaging that just means more waste).
It is cruelty-free.
Editing to add that the only reason I didn’t give this five stars is that it doesn’t take off stubborn makeup. Maybe it’s unfair to expect a gentle cleanser to do that, but for those that want to wash their faces and remove makeup in one fell swoop, this might not be enough.

I really enjoy the Rose Essence/Serum and also the Rose Flash Balm but this product was… meh. Standard Pixi packaging, light pink squeeze tube with pale green cap. Decent size but still on the higher priced end for drug store. It doesn’t have the best scent in the world, definitely doesn’t smell like roses. The shade is a little off-putting too. You’d think this would be either white or even a light pink but no, it’s leaning into the yellow/beige hues which might be from the “mineral rich mud” in the formula. I’d bet money that is what accounts for the odd scent as well. It cleans skin fine but there are just too many things I dislike about this product that prevents me from recommending it.
