This facial soap could have been a success. The facial soap is two formulations, one on each half of the bar. One half is brown and has bits of brown (clay?) stuff in it. The other half is a light yellow-white normal soap texture. This a good size and should take a while to run out of. It lathers up nicely and I like to use it in the morning alone, or as step two in a two-step cleansing system where I use this to wash off another product. My problem comes from those brown bits in one half of the bar. I’m assuming they are the “clay” part of the name. They are very hard and as I rub the soap in my hand they are very scratchy and uncomfortable. I just don’t think I would want such sharp particles scratching my hand long term. I’m going to finish the product, but will not repurchase.
