I have struggled with acne my whole teenage/adult life and this has been the only product that ever helped. I got it as a sample from a dermatologist and was nervous to use it because I have very dry skin. But this is such a fantastic product, I never thought that something would be able to calm my acne but this product is fantastic. I honestly can’t live without it.

I’ve been using this product for years now! It’s the only thing that’s worked for my acne.

Like everyone else with the same problems,
I have tried everything under the sun for acne. I always tried the expensive brands, and have paid way too much money. I went with something more simple price wise, and this stuff has really helped. After a few weeks, my skin had cleared up a lot. I also took vitamins each day, and I think this helped me out too. But this cleanser had a really good texture, and I still use it to this day. I first tried it maybe 5 months ago. My skin has been much more clear since then. I highly recommend trying this acne brand, and all of their products. You need to give it some time to work, but it will.

I used this daily about 3 years ago, and I really liked it then. It helped control my adult/hormonal acne. I just bought it again after experimenting with some recommended washes from beautypedia, skincareaddiction, etc. and being really disappointed with every last one. After that 2 year hiatus, I’m pleasantly surprised that it’s been reformulated for the better…no more microbeads, no more menthol, and now it’s thinner. Surprisingly, this foams the perfect amount without being out-of-control frothy and leaves my skin far less tight and uncomfortable than most gentle foaming cleansers I tried during my spree (Cerave foaming, Neutrogena ultra gentle foaming, cetaphil oily skin, various Paulas Choice options, etc.) the old version made my skin slightly red, and this one does not. I still use a BP spot treatment on particularly nasty cystic zits, but I think I’ll be sticking with this despite the poor ratings by the sites I mentioned above. I’m learning that when something works for me, it doesn’t much matter whether it’s what works for others or what’s recommended online. The reverse is also true.

I’ve been using this for 4 months now and it’s good with shrinking the zits and preventing more zits from forming. I do have hormonal acne around my time of the month and those are hard to get rid of so I’m still searching for a better product.

I bought this in a kit that came with the Facial Brush. And the two have worked together to miraculously clear up my skin! I have had adult acne for a decade and nothing fixes it for long. Am on 0.05% tretenoin cream at night and take 100mg of minocycline every day. The efficacy wire off and in desperation I bought this kit when the cystic acne returned. And it’s cleared up my face almost entirely in ten days. Fingers crossed that the efficacy lasts

I like this cleanser better than the proactiv one. I found that this is much more suited for my skin type (dry) and did not cause acne. While it did not cause acne it did not clear a whole lot up either.

I have been using this product for years now, and can definitely testify that it is the best facial cleanser I have ever had.
I love the way the packaging looks; an elongated sleek bottle with a convenient little click top that makes it easier for travel without spills. And because it is given in such large quantities, I don’t have to resupply so often.
I would say one bottle lasts me a good year before I have to go out and get another one, and honestly even the price for this generous amount is a real bargain.
Before I used it I was constantly switching between brands from Proactive to Neutrogena, which was a big mistake as this made my skin irritated and break out even more. But after finally settling with Acnefree I definitely think this will be the one that I will be using from now on. No more cleanser-switching for me, thank you very much.

I have tried every acne product at the drugstore and this stuff is a life saver! I reccommend any of the acnefree products because they really work!

I am 22 years old and have oily acne prone skin. I have been searching for a product that will clear up my skin for years. I have tried proactiv, clinique, murad, boscia, and all the drug store brands like clearasil and neutrogena and none of them have cleared up my face. Some have controled my breakouts or made my skin a little better but none were succesful in completely clearing up my face. I ran out of my proactiv and went without using it for 3 weeks and used a neutrogena cleanser and noticed my skin looked the same. It made me realize that I have been spending a lot of money on something that wasnt even worth it. So I went to walmart and saw this product “acnefree” and it advertised on the box “better than proactiv” and I saw that it contained a higher % of benzoyl peroxide than proactiv, Also the price was about $18 for the 3 step versus the $60 I pay for the Proactiv 3 step at the mall kiosk. I have been using it for 4 days…and I am amazed at how good my skin is already looking. My boyfriend even noticed my skin is really clearing up. I will definetely keep using it and I hope this is the answer to my prayers.
