I got the same product as the picture but mine is not in a pump bottle.. weird? Anyway, I liked this product but not enough to buy it again. The smell is soft and fresh and clean, it doesn’t strip my face of its oils but still clean, but that it. It’s just a simple facewash, but I’m not impressed enough to buy it again.

I bought this at Shoppers Drug Mart because it was on sale for a good price and generally I find Neostrata to be a really good line. This cleanser was not a good choice, however. It’s mild and has a pleasant scent, but it doesn’t clean my skin at all. I follow it with a toner and I find the cotton pad shows a lot of dirt and oil that gets missed. Also, it leaves a film on my face that makes it feel unclean even though I just washed. I stopped using it at night and only use it in the shower in the a.m. as there isn’t much to clean then, just for the sake of using it up.

There is something in this cleanser that is just not good for acne prone, sensitive skin types! Usually, when a skin care product doesn’t agree with me, I get whiteheads or else a red rash, hardly ever any actual pimples. But with this product, I developed an actual pimple on my cheek. Really bad, I could not use it as a facial cleanser, but you could try it out as the ingredients seem to be good, not too harsh, no SLS or petroleum, so go ahead an give it a try, it might be good if you know you aren’t overly sensitive to your skin care.

So far, so good. I generally don’t like milk cleansers, and that’s why I gave it an overall rating of a 4. It works VERY well though to remove make up (including eye make up, it doesnt sting!!!) and it leaves my skin moisturized without adding extra oil to it. I like that it doesn’t “disappear” from my skin once I start rubbing it on, because some milk cleansers do that and then it feels like I’m washing my face with water because there’s no slip! I will most likely purchase it again, I don’t have any reason not to, other than it being a milk!

I have been using this for years and it is very good. I lather it up at night and then remove with cotton balls. You need to follow up with a toner and it works very well with the Neostrata line. If you don’t use toner, then just use a cotton ball with cool water to ensure you remove all traces of makeup. Definitely a good product for all skin types! Does not dry out your skin or make it oily.

I got a few samples of this cleanser. I used it at night and WOW I love it!! It cleanses very well and takes off my makeup in an instant. The cleanser is thick and I think it makes a great daily night cleanser. After rinsing my face looks brighter and feels very soft. I love it. I am just sad that I can’t purchase it from the USA.

I bought this at SDM at a great price. I got this (full size) and also a full sized eye contour cream for $28 CDN. I don’t have dry skin but I do have dry patches and this didn’t do anything for me. It was a hassle to use because my lid was extremely hard to open. In fact, when I managed to open it, i wouldn’t close it fully for the next time only to find out that my brother used it and closed it. And this drove me crazy. Overall, it was okay. Nothing special. Not worthy of repurchase at all.

WOW! I got this as a sample from SDM and I am impressed. I have normal/dry skin, but find most cleansers (including cleansing milks) way too drying. I washed my face with this and instantly my skin was brighter and healthy looking. It felt moisturized WITHOUT feeling like I still had a ‘film’ on it like most cleansing milks do. I almost felt like I didn’t need to follow up with a moisturizer!
I”ll be buying it tomorrow!
UPDATE: After using this for 2 weeks or so, my chin and forhead have started to breakout. I NEVER have problems with zits except the odd one every few months (thank god), but these are definatly product related. How upseting since I finally found a non drying cleanser. 🙁 I removed 2 lippies.
