I do love this product. Gently removes make up. The smell makes it a real pleasure to use. I feel like it’s really quality ingredients inside. It doesn’t take eye make up off too well thought.

I love this product – it is like an answered prayer for those who are just too tired (or lazy) to wash their face. I fell in love with Micellar water as they are so easy and convenient but with Nuxe, it gave me a certain glow after a week’s use. I use it after Banila Co Clean It Zero’s balm and voila – my skin is so soft, supple, and smooth. I will be posting more about this in my blog and the many micellar water’s I have tried. http://www.trishaguilar.wordpress.com

NUXE was my first stab at “high end” facial products as my skin is ravaged by clogged pores. I have sensitive combination skin. So I decided to give this a go. It was alright. But just. It didn’t perform any miracles and it left my skin really dry.
I used it in conjunction with NUXE lotion tonic douce and the frightful moisturizer from NUXE – creme fraiche de beaute. It didn’t quite clear my skin. It didn’t quite remove all the make up either. It was just… sort of there. It did leave a clear, fresh smell – it smelt like roses. But fragrant products really just don’t do anything for my skin.
Hence, I simply got rid of it. I didn’t see the point. I still have a spare bottle of the cleanser which I haven’t used yet. The bottle I’m halfway through.. I use it to clean my vanity. All in all, I don’t recommend this at all. I’d strongly suggest Avene’s extremely gentle cleanser instead.

I tried this recently and think it’s quite good. Comes in a flip top pink 200ml bottle. Smells strongly of roses, I like the scent but can be too much. I have to swipe my skin quite a few times but eventually all eye and make up comes off. Still, I always use a proper cleanser afterwards. Doesn’t cause breakouts or discomfort but have noticed that it can make my eyes water when the cotton pad is heavily soaked. I’ll use the bottle with pleasure and go back to Bioderma.

This micellar water is the bomb. I’m in love. It works so well, smells great and is just sooo good.
I discovered this completely by accident, I got a huge bottle for 20$ at Shoppers drugmart. It was the best deal, I figured I have nothing to lose. I wish I bought all the bottles. They don’t have this value pack anymore, It makes me so sad.
It just worked so good for me. I still had to wash my face with a cleanser but It took all my makeup off before, and made the washing part so easy.
I like it more than the Vichy micellar water.

I like this cleanser. Bought it because I wanted a micellar cleanser for when I’m lazy, and don’t want to wash my face at night to get rid of my makeup. I’m not completely satisfied – the smell is nice, it has not broken me out or dried out my skin, doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky, just really soft and tightened but I feel like it’s a little too gentle for me. I tend to wear more full coverage, long wearing foundations, and this cleanser doesn’t remove that very well. Even after 4 cotton pads, there are still makeup coming off. I would repurchase if I didn’t wear a lot of makeup, but I think this is too expensive just to use as a refresher. Will use it up – but I want to find something a little more effective.
Update : I’ve noticed this makes my even more oily than it is… Don’t know why, but when I wake up in the morning after just using this, I feel very greasy.

I bought this cleanser when I was overseas (I think it’s now available in Australia though). I bought it to use to remove makeup before working out and/or showering and also to cleanse/refresh my skin if going out in the morning without showering (usually to go to the gym, but sometimes just popping out to the shops etc). I have always been curious about micellar cleansers now that I have dry skin rather than the combo/oily skin of my youth.
This Nuxe cleanser smells lovely and works well to get rid of all my makeup (eye makeup included, though I don’t wear a lot of makeup generally). Reasonably priced as well which is good because I go through about 2-3 cotton pads of cleanser per use.
I may buy this again if I can get it here but it’s a product I don’t really NEED – but that’s never stopped me before! I am keen to try other micellar cleansers as well.

This is a lovely micellar cleanser. I am now obsessed with micellar waters after discovering Bioderma and have been through quite a few brands and bottles since then. I’ve used Clarins, YSL, REN, etc. and have yet to find a micellar that I don’t like, except for maybe Koh Gen Doh (sticky). My favorite is definitely the YSL one since it’s a cleanser AND toner, so check that one out if you want to shorten your nighttime cleansing routine! Anyway, the Nuxe one is very nice. I’ve always liked French skincare and Nuxe has been good to me (Reve de Miel lip balm is my HG), so I thought, what the hell, let me try their micellar water. It smells very nice, like fresh roses, with that green vinegar-y undertone from roses that haven’t quite bloomed yet. It takes about 3 wet cotton rounds to remove all my sunscreen and makeup, from forehead to neck, but it does a good job and it’s quick. It never broke me out or dried out my skin, but I would always rinse with water, treat and moisturize after, so I can’t say how well you’d do if you only used this to get the makeup off and pass ou…I mean, fall asleep. It’s reasonably priced, if I recall correctly, but I tend to use up micellars pretty quickly. I think this lasted ~2 months of daily use. If this worked as well as the YSL micellar, then I’d give it 5 lippies, but since that one is still my HG, this will have to stay at 4 stars.

I was lucky to get this as part of a Nuxe sample set. While I love the dry oil, this cleanser is not amazing. It feels like it may be better on dry skin. I would only use it to remove make-up or sunscreen, and then follow again with another cleanser. The rose scent is lovely though.

I never knew what people meant by “having to tug to get their eye make up off”… until I tried this Nuxe Micellar Water. It does next to nothing for my eye make up, leaving me scrubbing hard and tugging my lashes out. When I use it on my face, it feels slightly more effective but also rather sticky. The only things I truly like about it are its light rosey scent and its packaging. Would not buy this again.
