I find this micellar water to be among the best for makeup removal and just cleaning the face of anything really. It’s very effective in removing eye, lip and face makeup, waterproof and long wear formulas. I use the kind for sensitive types and there is no extensive rubbing or residue left on the skin. The cap is especially helpful in dispensing just the right amount without wasting too much product. It’s also at a very reasonably priced. I have used other great micellar cleansers, but with Garnier I get more product spending less money and I just love the convenient dispensing cap.

I cannot use drugstore micellar waters; most contain hexylene glycol which kills my skin and makes it irritated and break out. I saw this product on one of my YTers I like and she seemed to recommend it. The ingredients contain alcohol but at the very bottom, so I thought it worth a try to see if my skin agreed.
Well, none of the reviews on the web mentioned how STRONG the vanilla scent is!! OMG! Its like pouring liquid imitation vanilla that you use for cooking, on your face. Its that strong. I’ve only tried using it 2 days and the scent is just too strong. If you are sensitive to scents, stay away. I cant even judge how my skin likes this because the smell just gets to me. Its so strong that I can taste it. It lingers long after you wash your face. I noticed on day 2 when I soaked my eyes with a cotton pad, it started to burn around my eye area, so I think the alcohol also is an issue for me.
Its such a bummer because it does remove makeup well, and removes eye makeup too, but the smell is so strong. Totally unnecessary, too. Going to donate. Pass/avoid if you have sensitive skin.

There are some really good things about this micellar water. First, it is soft on the skin and makes your skin feel clean and fresh. It has a slight cooling effect that it leaves behind. The bottle is huge, so you get lots of product. This 12 ounce bottle is more than double the four ounces many micellar waters offer. I use micellar water as a skin refresher, for a light cleanse in the morning, or at night on a day I haven’t worn makeup. So, I can’t comment on make removal abilities, but it does a nice job at giving a light cleanse. The reason I gave this four stars instead of five is that the scent is not very nice. This is one of those “no added scent” products that would actually be better if it had something added. It is not fragrance free, and the fragrance is not pleasant.

I am a huge fan of all things Caudalie and am always curious about their new products. While this is not a recent release, I thought to give the brand’s micellar water a shot and so far I’ve had a great experience with it.
I use micellar water as part of my two/three-step cleansing routine. I normally use it at the very end and always rinse off the residue with water, before moving onto my serums and things. I find that this product acts as a nice last step that ensures a complete absorption of all impurities. Thankfully it did not irritate my skin either.
You can read a detailed review on this and many other Caudalie bestsellers here ( Hope it helps!

Takes several passes and doesn’t quite remove all the makeup. I find it really irritates my skin, especially around my eyes. Packaging is good, doesn’t leak and is easy to dispense the right amount.

This product was great at cleaning my skin. I felt fresh afterwards and it took all my make up off so easily. It’s non-irritable too which is important to me as my skin can be quite sensitive to fragrances. Didn’t dry me out too much either but you definitely wouldn’t want to use it without a moisturiser.

Does a decent job of removing makeup but doesn’t remove mascara well. I suggest their PurBleuet makeup remover for eyes since that one is my HG and removes mascara amazingly well. Overall this micellar water is good, the scent is pleasant and does not irritate my eyes or anything. I would probably buy it again just for removing foundation or for eyes when I am not wearing mascara.

This smells great and it feels very refreshing. The only negative point is that it doesn’t remove tough makeup.

I’m a big fan of micellair waters, these products usually really suit my sensitive skin. I thought I’d try the Yves Rocher version, as I got the impression it would be mild and non-irritating, with natural ingredients. I’m not sure what ingredient exactly didn’t suit me, but I found it too harsh. My skin was dried out and irritated, so even at half price it was a waste of money for me.

I usually have some foundation and a little blush or bronzer on, this product does the job well, and rather inexpensive.
I cannot comment for mascara or heavy makeup removal.
No, it does not sting or burn my eye or skin at all nor cause any breakout.
The scent is so so minimal.
I don’t like to use cleansing water in winter because the water is room temperature and the soaked cotton pad felt cold on contact, otherwise fast & convienant in summer.
Definitely will repurchase.

Yves rocher micellar water is not design for sensitive eyes or skin I find it burns the
skin little not that I cannot take I felt burning sensation I didnt felt comfortable
after I while didnt felt it I was noticing product was drying out my skin stop the dryness
went way fast if your skin is dry and sensitive I probably will skip this micellar water.
I find a bit Harsh I really surprise good reviews because it didnt remove my makeup that
well I needed to use ALOT product in order to feel my skin clean this way too much I
rather wash my face this probably way more faster Not repurchase and Bottle is
is not very big if you used makeup everyday this product will go fast like water. 🙁

This burns my eyes like no other makeup remover I’ve used. For something that is supposed to be gentle and effective, it is NEITHER.
I still have to rub like crazy to get my non-WP mascara off and the stinging is just unbearable. This is going straight in the trash.

really dislike it!
i’ve used it couple of times but even after 5 cotton pads soaked with this my face was not clean & left kind of sticky feeling so i had to wash it of my face. Doesn’t even take off bb cream.
Actually now I use it just fo fix my eyeliner and eyeshadow during a day -for that is great 🙂
Good thing about this stuff is that it won’t irritate, but simply it’s not a good cleanser if you’re wearing any foundation or even just light BB
