I live in Japan and every once in a while I like to update my skincare routine with the new products that come on the market. So while shopping at my local Loft, the saleswoman turned me on to this gem: an oil, a mask, a deep cleanser and massage gel in one. This isn`t a new product actually, it`s been around since the 60`s, but it`s consistently won the Cosme Awards in Japan (an annual ranking of the top cosmetics) since it was launched. It`s an organic product made from carrots and oranges, free of parabens, alcohol, fragrances and other additives. It is made to remove all make-up (even waterproof) in one step, to avoid double-cleansing and stripping the skin. I am really fussy about getting my skin squeaky clean, but this stuff doesn`t disappoint: I warm it between my palms for 10 seconds, then start massaging it onto my dry face. You can feel a nice wave of warmth building up and opening your pores with the soothing fragrance of orange peel.
