Okay firstly, this cleanser reminds me sooooo much of my favorite cleanser from L’oreal that I used about 15 years back. I can’t remember the name of the product range and it was discontinued some time ago as well. Anyway everything was similar,the texture, smell, the way it lathers and the white tube form. Those days I paid about equivalent to 5€ whereas this one cost me 27€ . With that being one of my favourite cleanser, this one is as well. Love it. Didn’t dry my skin at all in winter. Love the luxurious creamy texture that lathers well on d skin. Skin feel so fresh n clean though I do continue with a toner for a thorough cleaning. A tube lasted me for about 5 months. Anyway, I’m happy that I found a reincarnation of my L’Oréal cleanser though the price difference I can’t brain it so much. but oh well 😀 😀

This is my favourite skincare product I have discovered from Mac. Its frothy, high foamy, mid density foam that washes off easily and does not leave the skin tight. I don’t think any treatment ingredient is on the skin long enough for a cleanser but this does provide a great sensory experience. It can get very frothy which I love. Gets rid of light makeup but will need something stronger for heavier stuff. I find this to be an excellent morning cleanser when your face isn’t really dirty but does need a wash to get off oil, fluff, etc. I have repurchased. Light gender neutral scent, this would be a crowd pleaser, great for all skin types. I would recommend.

The packaging is nice. Cleanser lathers A LOT, for me it had a flowery smell that lingers.

Hands down my favourite cleanser! Love the packaging, squeeze tube that I can easily control the amt of product being dispensed. I only need a small amt-pea size and it lathers like crazy once it hits water. The consistency is creamy toothpaste-like, holds its shape once extruded out, soft rich lather. Smells really nice, soft clean scent, not overpowering in anyway. I haven’t noticed any adverse reaction with my skin. Breaks down powder, cushion and stick foundations, and heavy eye makeup. Works great on removing my mascara and all day lipsticks after one wash. Face is clean, supple no residue left behind. Love this product- HG status in my daily skincare regimen. Con’t to repurchase…

I’ll start with my favorite thing about this product. It’s the scent. I was pleasantly surprised when I used it. It lathers quite nicely. And I think it gave me a good clean. I already repurchased it.

fyi- I was using Lancome cream cleanser but needed to get something new due to change in fragrance. yuck

I’m on my second tube. I use it everyday all year long. A little goes a long way. It’s light weight and great coverage for a moisturizer. Obviously not meant to cover zits but it really evens out your skin tone. It does smell like sunscreen though!!

My skin: combination/dry, acne prone, sensitive, allergy prone. I’m allergic to SLS/SLES so this is my number one concern when I’m looking for a new cleanser. This one doesn’t, but just in case at first I bought it in travel size, and this small tube lasted me for so long! I just used it up, and will definitely repurchase. You need only the tiniest amount to wash your whole face- like, pea size amount. It cleanses very well, doesn’t strip my skin or dry it out. It’s fragrance free (always a plus!), foams up nicely, doesn’t sting my eyes, works well with my Mia 2 brush.
I’ve been very pleased with this product and can recommend it. I think Lightful C is very underrated range despite beautiful formulations, hygienic packaging and overall performance of most products.
