I’ve used this for years. Since L’occitane made its way to Malaysia in 2000, I picked up a bottle of this and have had at least one bottle of this sitting on my vanity ever since. It’s such a versatile product, use it as a light makeup remover (I don’t recommend this, although it works somewhat like a micellar water, I do not think it works as well as Bioderma), toner or as a face mist.
I use this as a toner and it’s absolutely lovely – gentle and it actually removes any residual makeup / gunk off my face. The only downside to this is that you have to use it up within three months, something I often “overlook” as I only use this at night. =p
The Fresh Face Water isn’t the cheapest face toner around, but it’s something I will always repurchase as it is gentle enough for my face, and you will never go wrong with it.

I received this as part of a gift set and didn’t really understand what it was based on the name of it…”fresh face water.” I thought it was meant to be a skin refresher, so I tried it once and put it in a drawer and forgot about it. One day, I read in a magazine that it can be used as a makeup remover. I dug it out and tried it. I was amazed! I sprayed it directly on my face and used a cotton ball to remove all my makeup. It is one of the most gentle makeup removers out there and is not oily. I am able to remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara that other makeup removers aren’t able to and it’s very gentle on my skin. I received this as a gift about ten years ago and I still use it today. I hope it never gets discontinued!

This helps sooth and balance my skin. It minimises my pores and helps keep impurites away. First I cleanse my skin and then with face still wet I spray this on, massasage it in and then wash it away with water. I use a moisturizer afterwards.

I like this sensitive skin care line because it feels very soothing. I’d imagine it’s suitable for all skin types, since it’s alcohol-free, dye-free, etc.
This could be used as a cleanser, toner, or just a facial spritzer throughout the day. It definitely is not stripping like I thought it might be. It actually adds moisture to the skin, softening and toning it at the same time. It works well at removing make up too, especially with cotton gauze instead of cotton balls. I love this product, but I give it a 3 since I prefer to use it only in the winter. I like it in the summer only for the occasional, quick pick-me-up, like getting out of the pool, after sunbathing, during a road trip, etc.

This is actually a make-up remover AND a toner. It’s easy to use, and you don’t need anything to remove the cleanser with afterwards. It’s pretty similar to Deceors cleansing water, except it’s a spray which is more convenient, and it does not hurt my eyes!
Why I do not give it a 5:
If I have much makeup on, I must cleanse twice (sometimes three times), but I will survive.
It also contains methylparaben (but it’s one of the “safest” parabens)
I will buy this again and again!
