I purchased these at a local mom and pop dollar store for cheap. It comes with 30 wipes and the scent is cucumber. It is a light scent and it dissipates rather quickly. How I heard about them was a blogger who raved about this makeup wipes and I decided to try them out once I manage it locate it.
I tried these wipes for about a week and I must say that these are pretty good. The wipes are damp enough where you can wipe down your whole face and neck. It manage to remove an oil based makeup (Black Opal foundation stick) that included setting powder, mascara, eyeliner, blush and lipstick. It removed about 90% of the full face makeup and minimal tugging which made me happy.
As for the scent, to me it smells like watermelon rinds, with a bit of the red flesh left behind. It is very refreshing for me. In fact, it made me crave watermelon. So far, I haven’t experience any burning or breakouts with these wipes so I would repurchase again.
The only con I have about this product is this: it doesn’t have a good secure sealing system like Blum or Yes to Blueberries makeup wipes. So you have to make sure that you close it properly and then place it in a ziplock baggy so it wouldn’t dry out. Before I was using a Korean makeup remover that you can get at Forever 21 that is green tea scented. Now those are being used after my workouts and once those are done, I will replace it with the Epielle.
