46 yrs old . Highly reactive combination skin . Intolerant to natural plant oils – name them I’ve tried them .
Will develop scarcity, pustules, close pores off I use heavy moisturisers
.
Pm routine
1. Massage my face with a baby unfragranced mineral oil like natusan .
Or pure mineral oil then rinse at least 19 times with water .
2. Wash with Eucerin gel.
3.No patting dry , just spritz immediately with a diy glycerin spray ( max 5-10% glycerin plus 90-85 rest H20)
4. Aquaphor ( locobase in sweden ) around still moist eyes .
And mouth
Extra :
5. I apply some tiny amounts of zinc oxide on t zone
Sometimes mixed as a v thick paste with Vaseline . Diy again .
Calm calm skin
In the morning
I splash my face with water
Again a spritz of the glycerin diy spray
( remember to exfoliate at least 2/3 times a week )
But the glycerin spray ???
A godsend !!

For the first few uses, I felt a stinging sensation on my face everytime I use it, which was weird as it was meant to be suitable for sensitive skin (I’m also using the Dermatoclean Clarifying Toner), but after a while it got better. It is fragrance free, and I love love the jelly texture! Eventhough it is slightly drying(around my nose and lips area), I would definitely repurchase it! Just to be sure to slather on some good moisturizer after that.

I love this product
Its so gentle yet so effective. Your skin feels amazingly clean afterwards without any dryness or tightness. Some people complain that they’d like to see more foam. However, using this product in a fairly generous amount, does work well even if theres not much foam

so funny story; the first time i used this cleanser, it literally burned my face. like once it hit wet skin, i was suddenly like “aaa…??????” that should’ve been the first sign, but i persevered. upon more use, it didn’t burn again, but it definitely felt drying and super stripping. i wasn’t into it. i was struggling to finish the bottle, then committed it to becoming a makeup brush cleaner. i’m not touching this again, but damn, i was really hoping it would’ve worked out. 🙁

I was really hoping to like this as I’m a fan of Eucerin products and wanted to add a super gentle, non drying cleanser to my routine, but unfortunately after just over a week of use (first using just in the evening with a couple of days using both morning and evening) I’ve had to stop using it. After a few days use my face started feeling really uncomfortable; it was a mixture of itching, tingling and an odd fuzzy-numb feeling particularly around my mouth, and it literally lasted all day for maybe three days before I realised it might be the cleanser and stopped using it. Lo and behold, the discomfort went away after a day of going back to just using my Garnier micellar water.
It’s a shame because other than this reaction it was easy and pleasant to use and left my skin feeling really nice, smooth and clean (if a little tight). It’s worth noting I have extremely fair, sensitive skin that can be very dry (although Eucerin moisturisers have massively changed the dryness) so it might suit someone with less sensitive skin much better.

It burned my face and gave me small under the skin bumps everywhere after the first use. I’m probably allergic to one of the ingredients though. Gave it a three because apart from my reaction to it, it doesn’t strip skin and is gentle.

Was expecting this cleansing gel to wow me with the raving reviews on makeupalley. Unfortunately, I found it too drying for my sensitive (prone to redness, itch, cystic-acne) face. I also disliked the smell of the cleansing gel.
I found the Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Cleanser a lot more suitable for my skin!

Cleanses really well – I don’t wear makeup, just suncreen everyday.
Doesn’t irritate my skin;or leave it feeling taut and red.
Just a nickel-sized and mix it with a bit of water and let it work its magic! (:
PS-This and the olay gentle foaming face wash are kinda the same, cleanses well, but this one lathers a bit less,BUT IT WONT sting sensitive eyes.
A great gentle water-soluble cleanser!!!
HG and staple!!

I used their Dermopurifyer and then decided to switch to Dermatoclean instead. At first my skin had a little bit breakout about few days because I had not had a mild PH balanced (this one is PH 5 – 5.5) cleanser before. What I do is buy that bubble maker mesh, put just a little bit on it to make a foam, and then use my konjac sponge to clean my face.
It is a bit on a pricey side of a cleanser but the local drugstores always have offers on Dermatoclean Cleansing Gel.
My skin ended up loving this as I have mild to no breakout since 4 months ago.

I used this cleanser during the English winter and had to give it up because it made my combination skin dehydrated, tight and dry. But my skin is pedantic, so it could be that. Use wise, it’s easy and pleasant to use.
