Neutral product, I guess good cleansers are that, not drying and does the job. Doesn’t have perfume, which I love. Leaves skin clean with minimal “residue”. Packaging is simple, price is higher than average ( atleast where I live ). Has never irritated my skin, but oh god – when it goes into an eye it kinda burns. But that has happened so rarely I don’t think of it as a con – usually.

I have combination skin with Seborrehic Dermatitis so I needed a really mild cleanser than didn’t dry out my skin (and didn’t contain any bad oils or ingredients for SD).
This is just the BEST cleanser I’ve ever used; it’s extremely mild, doesn’t dry out (been using for 1 month), and the best part – it works great as a toner, your face glows a bit after using it (probably due to the hyaluronic acid, I am not sure, but other cleansers with HA were too strong and didn’t tone like this).
Trust me, I tried endless cleansers and 99% are too drying. This one is perfect. The only downside would be for people with extremely oily skin, it might be to soft, but the only way is to try it out.

Excellent formulation- cleansing and not drying or irritating

Love <3 im trying to find a cheaper alternative even though at 15 bucks a pop it isn't too bad for how well it hydrates and cleans. I find that it runs out about every 2-3 weeks and I can't afford to keep getting it 🙁

DermatoCLEAN, you are my favourite. Feels like I tried every supposedly gentle, non-drying, non-foaming cleanser for my aging skin and was unimpressed. All of them either didn’t remove makeup (I wear very little, so this wasn’t a tall order), left a greasy film behind, or made me break out.
Not DermatoCLEAN. This lovely white creamy cleanser, removes basic makeup like a dream. Rinses very clean, leaving only a *very* subtle, soft, moisturized feeling behind.
Took awhile to get used to the rather odd bottle; it doesn’t have much flex, so squeezing the product out was difficult. However, I’ve discovered storing the bottle upside down is the perfect solution. Combined with the striking blue lid, this allows me to easily dispense the fluid (even when blind after removing my contact lenses) without any struggling or squeezing.
Plus, the price is fantastic! 1 bottle lasts at least 6 months, using twice daily.
A few more thoughts. I think Eucerin also makes a DermatoCLEAN gel, which I haven’t tried. I prefer the cream. Internationally, I think this product is called the DermatoCLEAN 3 in 1 Micellar Cleansing Fluid.

This is a review for the Dermatoclean Micellar 3 in 1 Fluid (bought in France). It is a fragrance-free micellar cleanser which does a fantastic job of removing makeup and not irritating sensitive skin. I can even use this around my eyes to take off makeup. It is the consistency and feel of water, and does not sting or leave skin dry. I pour some on a cotton pad and swipe before washing my face with face wash, or use it at night if I’m too lazy to wash my face. The best thing about it is, it doesn’t leave any residue! Ingredients listed above.

I must admit the dermatoclean milk is A BLESSING…
I have an extremely sensitive and dry skin, which reacts to everything and turns red on the spot. This is the best cleanser for me ’till now and i did try a few…it leaves my skin soft, clean and hydrated. No stinging around the eyes whatsoever, just removes my make-up and even smoothes the fine lines a little bit.The texture is wonderful:not thick nor too watery.
I’ll be buying it till i’m 80.
