It is a very nice cleansing milk with a pleasant fragrance that contains very mild surfactants and rinses away fully without leaving any oily residue as most milk (emulsion based) cleansers do.
This is designed for combination skin and feels light at application yet removes make-up and impurities beautifully.
This is a much lighter version of Lyslait.

Sisley- cleansing milk with sage.
5 star review for product, though it’s hugely expensive. I try to buy from John Lewis or House of Fraser when they have their 20% off promotions!!
Skin- I have combination skin, which can become congested with blackheads around chin/nose. Also, I’m prone to hormonal acne around my period.
This however, is my holy grail of face cleansers despite such a ridiculous price.
A little goes a very long way!!
Consistency- is light not too rich
Smell- lovely fresh and light smell
How to use- I use a very small amount about the size of a fingernail that’s all you need, placed onto my clarisonic for best results always on damp skin. I use this method twice a day to keep my skin clear and soft. It’s non- drying and not greasy, rinse well and your skin will be lovely clean and soft!
Packaging- pump dispenser is great, no risk of contaminating product. Remember you really do not need much of this if you use with a clarisonic on damp skin and rinse well.
Price- this is the biggest turn off, it’s expensive, I would suggest getting samples and trying at home first before spending this amount. I swear, you don’t need much and you won’t need much moisturiser as this softens skin and maintains the correct level of moisture.
I would suggest after trying sample products for about a week, then booking a Sisley facial when they have them at major department stores such as John Lewis and House of Fraser as the facial is redeemable against products. So, the facial will therefore be free!! That’s a great way of testing other products too.
Look out for promotions from John Lewis and House of Fraser they usually do 20% off twice a year and this is when best to buy and stock up and get them to give you free samples! Don’t be afraid to ask for samples of products just say you want to test first as skin is sensitive/allergies and so would need to see how it reacts first before purchasing!
Results- great results if used morning and night and I’ve found even better results used with clarisonic, wet the brush of clarisonic and use small amount over damp face twice a day!
It does not dry skin out, and for my combination skin this is the best as doesn’t strip unlike cheaper and harsher products and yet it maintains its moisture really well, your skin will look amazing and feel so soft!
Recommendations- I used to have really bad hormonal acne- blackheads, cystic acne all around my chin and only my chin area. The only thing that ever worked despite numerous other products and prescription medicine was drinking lots of water, using this cleanser and the biggest thing was a course of accupuncture. I was skeptical of using accupuncture as my skin was so bad red/inflamed, no make up could hide I would always get those hard raised red spots which would take weeks to heal. I found a reputable accupuncturist- make sure they are qualified and on the register of British Accupunturist Council too. I would say that over a period of 3-6 months I had fantastic results! My skin cleared completely having a course spread out over a few months around my period due date. Don’t ask me how it works but it was the only thing, now I may get the occasional spot like most girls but not every cycle. So, any girl that has hormonal acne around chin area which results in hard/inflamed under the skin spots I highly recommend accupuncture and using this product with a clarisonic, healthy diet lots of fruit/veg and up to 3 litres of water a day, cut down sugar and watch dairy, no junk food. See amazing results, my skin has not returned to how it was in over 5 years so the accupuncture worked to resolve this long term and with the use of this product, clarisonic and healthy diet and drinking water I’ve found what works!
Holy Grail Product ????!!!

I know it’s more expensive than your average 3 bed semi but I do love this cleanser. It shifts make up well including stubborn mascara. It does leave a film on your skin but I quite like this. In the morning (after a night cleanse) my skin still feels nourished. I’ve been using for five years and even though peppered with other cleansers I still keep coming back to this

This cleanser is extremily gentle, calming and non-drying. Unfortunately, It’s also ridiculously expensive. I don’t have a problem paying the money for it, but I find that I have to use a fair amount of this for an adequate clean, as compared to Cle De Peau’s Gentle foaming cleanser, which is comparable in price, and I only use 1/3 the amount. its soo much more concentrated than Sisley’s. Cle De Peau’s also left my face feeling squeaky clean without dryness and did not leave ANY trace of dirt on my cotton pad when I applied toner. Sisley’s did, which is why I always need to wash twice with it. Not very economical for the price.

It removes light foundation pretty well without leaving greasy feeling on your skin but the price is absolutely ridiculous for product that contains mineral oil as main ingredient!!

I never knew a cleanser could be like this. It’s effective and leaves my skin soft and clean. It is pricey thought =(

My favourite cleanser. Enough said

My skin ranges from extremely dry to greasy and is acne prone. This product worked wonders for my hopeless skin! Its lovely and light too! You massage it into your dry skin until it dissapears, then you rinse your face with warm water. Its like it just dissolves all the makeup of your face!
I’m really impressed with yet another amazing Sisley product.
The only thing I am not so sure about is the smell – Its quite strong. But apart from that, I love it and will definatly be buying again!

I got some samples of this product after attending an event sponsored by Sisley. I love this cleansing milk, it’s soft and not drying at all for my combination skin. I’ve been trying to embrace this “no-water” cleansing routine, so I just massage it on my skin and tissue it off (without rinsing). Since I am addicted to my Clarisonic, I only use this method in the morning, but my skin has been so soft to touch and glowing. I took one lippie off as it’s so expensive. So far all the products I’ve been using from Sisley have been totally addictive.

This cleansing milk is like magic, I have no idea how it works, but it does! Because I have combo skin, I’ve always stayed away from milk cleansers. They’ve always felt too rich for me and most leave a residue-y feeling after I wash it off. But when I saw that this cleanser was made for combo/oily skin types, I decided to take a leap of faith, and I’m so glad I did!
This cleansing milk goes on almost like a face cream, which had me worried for a second. I then rinsed it with warm water, and all of it came off instantly, along with any makeup, oil or dirt. My face felt very clean and smooth. It was a PERFECT after-wash feeling in between filmy residue-y and over dried squeaky clean.
I would definitely repurchase this and use all year round.
