Same thoughts as review below.
Thick balm consistency with fine oat granules. Goes on fine but doesn’t “melt” away after washing leaving a film-like feeling on skin after. That’d be fine if i wanted a thick moisturiser but not as a cleanser.

This was OK but I won’t repurchase. It had a very thick consistency, making it really difficult to squeeze out of the tube; the scent was strong and not to my liking (very herbal, with strong hints of rose and lavender); and most importantly, it didn’t remove all my makeup. I couldn’t use this anywhere near my eyes either as it stung badly, meaning I had to use a separate eye makeup remover prior to use. Finally, this left what can only be described as a film on my skin, so using a toner was essential as otherwise my skin just didn’t feel like it was properly clean.
I like the fact that this is 100% natural and made in the UK, but as an effective cleansing balm it just didn’t perform well enough for me and I certainly don’t think it’s worth the £20.00 price tag.
