Overall, I think this product is okay. It’s a mild foaming cleanser, maybe better for sensitive skin? I have oily, acne-prone skin and have bene using this cleanser for a few months now (the bottle is so huge). I don’t really like the smell, but that’s just my opinion. Honestly, I don’t think the price for this cleanser is worth the results. My skin didn’t really improve after using this, so i was pretty disappointed. After getting out of the shower and drying my face, I found that dead skin would show up on my face (even though I exfoliate twice a week), and some dryness would occur around my nose and forehead. However, the cleanser DID do its job. It cleansed my face and didn’t give me that tight feeling that some cleansers do. It didn’t help to get rid of blackheads or pimples a lot, though. I wouldn’t purchase this product again. If your skin is acne prone, I reccomend visiting your doctor and asking about a prescription for Clindoxyl Gel, a topical cream/gel that you put on your skin to help get rid of your acne.

Firstly I would like to point out that if you have really bad acne you shouldn’t really be usin this cleanser as its not strong enough, maybe trying an adult range dermalogica would be more helpful. This cleanser is more for teenage skin with a few problem areas.
I’ve tried many cleansers because of my combination skin as I have quite a few spots on my forehead and nose. I’ve tried soap and glory, amie, elizabeths daughter and good things to name a few. After trying clean start I don’t think I’ll ever use anything else, it leaves my skin soft and after a week or two my problem areas were clearing up. I use the toner and matte moisturiser with it and I found those really nice too.
My only problem is the cost but I guess it’s less expensive than normal dermalogica at around £16 – £18 but you can’t buy it in boots or superdrug which is annoying, I have to go to my beautitions to buy it.
Overall I’m very pleased with the product and will definitely buy again.

So I went to get a facial because I have an important event coming up and my skin is getting pretty bad. Well, the esthetician put me on this kit. Overall, I guess I like the cleanser. It’s making me breakout less, but I will admit that it sure does seem like it’s taking a while to get rid of what I have. Ah, well.
Also, I’m really really dry. It’s getting better because of the dermalogica active moist moisturizer, but IDK.. it could be better.
I really like how there’s only .5% salicylic acid in this. That makes it effective, but gentle on my super sensitive skin.
The only reason I put yes I would repurchase is because I trust my esthetician.. her girls use this kit and they have gorgeous skin.
