I am absolutely in love with this cleanser! I am currently pregnant but will continue to use this cleanser long after. OBGYN and dermatologist recommended. Definitely helps with my current acne and makes my face feel super smooth! This has been a life saver for my super hormonal skin. Key ingredients: Lactic Acid, Lemon Peel, Green Tea Extract, and Cucumber. I also use this with the Healthy Glow Facial Hydrator and it’s the perfect skin care duo.

I really liked this cleanser, but it is a little pricey. It did not break me out, but was as effective as cetaphil. It is just a gentle cleanser and that is all. Nothing special about it in my opinion.

This is a lovely light cleanser, but it really didn’t do that much for me other than smell amazing. I feel like the cleansing power would be enough to clean my face of oil in the morning, but no way would I trust it remove an entire day’s worth of oil let alone much makeup at all. I used this with and without my Clarisonic and even as a leave on mask. Meh. The wonderful lemon scent is thoroughly enjoyable and far and away the best part of this cleanser.
I had better skincare results using my Clarisonic with Fresh’s soy cleanser during my pregnancy. I had a boy, so maybe that’s why my skin was half decent after week fourteen or sixteen. I don’t think I’d buy this cleanser again, even at half price. But if you’re worried about your skincare during pregnancy, at least you’d have some peace of mind using this.

This is, hands down, the best acne clearing cleanser for both pregnant and non-pregnant women.
Lactic acid is very safe for pregnant women, yet very effective. I had tons of breakouts along my chin/jawline when I was pregnant and new pimples just kept bursting out every day, which is so irritating because I couldn’t use any OTC products during pregnancy (no salicylic acid, no benzoyl peroxide, retinoids, etc.) so I resorted to Belli skincare which is specifically made for pregnant women (I got sick of reading each and every ingredient on my skin care products, so decided to go with something specifically made for pregnant women).
Once I started using this, I realize that I don’t see new pimples popping up anymore. Maybe once a week, but it’s normal because during pregnancy most women are going to experience having hormonal acne. But they don’t come out as often as before. My skin has finally calmed down 🙂
The consistency is rather thick, and has a lemon/citrus scent which I love. If you don’t like scented skincare, the scent in this cleanser is VERY SUBTLE and is natural too (not artificially fragranced) and will go away once it is rinsed off. I also use this with my Clarisonic.
The price is kind of expensive, but one bottle lasts about 2-3 months. And the packaging is so adorable. So it’s worth it 🙂

I wish I could say this product worked for me like many other are saying, but unfortunately it did not. I have acne-prone skin and being pregnant made me breakout even more than usual since I had to stop using my Benzaclin prescription. This product really dried out my face, even with using a moisturizer, which I thought would be a good thing, until I started getting more acne than I had before. Also, it was different than any other acne I had as I would big and small bumps all over my face but they would just sit there for days, never coming to a head or anything. I used it along with the Belli Acne Spot Treatment and even tried the products separately to see if it was one or the other causing the problem but I still broke out…

I had to order this online and, although it is expensive (about 20 GBP), I quite like this. It is not very drying but my face feels clean and seems to be calming down the pregnancy related breakouts I’ve been getting. It doesn’t foam and is SLS free.
I have used this both as a normal cleanser and as a mask, where I leave it on my face for 5 minutes or so, when I’m relaxing in the bath and I quite enjoy using it.
My skin is a little sensitive/combination and this hasn’t irritated it. I would consider using this even if not pregnant.
I also got a few free samples when it arrived in the post-always a bonus!
I like the smell-reminds me of 7-Up or Sprite and it’s not too strong for me.

I freaked out when I became pregnant and I started to break out like crazy! I didn’t know what to do until I heard about this amazing stuff. I use it with my clarisonic and my skin has never looked better!! enough said! I also love to leave it on at nights as a mask for 5/10 minutes. HG for me!

This cleanser does well at exfoliating my face, and I love that I would be able to continue using it if I became pregnant again. However, something–either the lactic acid or the lemon peel oil–irritates my skin, causing some unpleasant stinging. The lemon peel oil also gives the product a very strong lemon scent, and I prefer my skin care products to be fragrance free. So, it’s a nice cleanser, just not nice for me.

I never had skin problems until I got pregnant. I had what seemed like uncontrollable acne during my first trimester. Heard about this product and decided to give it a go. It is amazing! I use it twice a day (morning and night) and it works wonders! Smells great– has a refreshing citrusy scent and a little goes a long way. I keep one bottle at my sink and one in the shower. I’m in my 3rd trimester and only have 6 more weeks to go in my pregnancy and I still haven’t run out. I am actually planning on continuing to use this product even after I deliver cause I love it so much. Seems pricey, but drugstore.com is always running promos. I will usually buy when its buy 2 get one free.

I’m not pregnant, but I got a free sample of this, so I gave it a try. I love it! It’s very gentle and my skin feels super soft after I use it. My acne has been reduced since I started to use it. I also use it as a mask. It is rather expensive, but I try to buy it when it is on sale at either Walgreens.com or Drugstore.com.
