Very high end, so it eliminates many who would try it for a less expensive price. Feels like my own skin, wears well without oxidizing. I’m NC25, I use shades 3 and 4, 5 during the summer. I like the magnetic top, protects the bullet. Very little is needed. I’ve applied with brush and my fingers. Melts into the skin. Non irritating on my sensitive skin. Light to medium coverage. If you’re a high end girl, this is a great product to try

It’s been a very long time since a product has made me gasp with delight & amazement the first time I applied it – and this is the one. It is just so lovely on the skin, making me look like I’ve gotten 10 hours of sleep & drink gallons of water daily (which couldn’t be further from the truth). It does enough to cover redness and mild discoloration without looking like I’m wearing anything at all. As theman says, it’s hard to tell where the foundation ends & my skin begins. I don’t find it as mild on my retinoid flakes – its kinder than most, but it’s not a miracle worker. The beauty of this product is that I can easily avoid the flakey areas (between my eyebrows, parts of my chin) without any explicit demarcation between the areas – the gaps between skin & foundation aren’t visible.
I’m in the minority but I don’t love the packaging – as someone who travels a lot, I find it too heavy & cumbersome. Plus knowing how little there is in the container, it could honestly be half the size (even if that would mean a drop in the price/value perception).
In terms of shade, I’m about an NC20 & #2 is literally perfection.
I’m grumpy about the price, but I can’t deny how great this makes my skin look. So yes, to me it’s worth the money & I will repurchase.

I have combo skin and I was shiny in 2 hours, needed Mac blot powder as soon as I got to work. This just didn’t hold up on my skin even with Tatcha primer. Shade I is a good nc15 match.

The first thing I noticed about this foundation was how skin-like and lightweight it was. It has a satin finish and looks and feels like you’re not wearing any foundation. I’m an NC25 and shade III blends perfectly into my skin. I don’t apply it all over my face; only to where I need it, and I can’t tell where the foundation starts or ends. It has light coverage that can be built up to medium light, but not much more than that. It evens out sunspots and general redness, but I need a separate concealer for acne scars.
I have combo normal/oily-in-the-T-zone skin. Stick foundations typically do not do well on the oily parts of my face. This held up better than most. Without primer/powder/setting spray, I looked dewy 8 hours in, but just short of greasy. I was able to pat the foundation back in with my finger. My normal areas looked great. There was no creasing in my smile lines. 16 hours in, there was some fading and separation in my oily areas, but not too bad. This foundation fades gracefully. If I powder my oily areas, it looks less skin-like (more matte), but holds up substantially better.
I noticed that it performs very well over dry areas. I was having some retinoid-related flaking that seemed to catch on every foundation, but with this one, it glides over the flakes and just looks like skin. I think this foundation would work well for all skin types, as long as you can find a shade that matches.
