This scent reminds me of my first apartment because I burned it in the bathroom. I personally adore this scent.

Coconut bay smells exactly like sweetened coconut. It’s a really pretty scent and definitely only for a coconut lover, it’s quite strong! It smells good all year long and is a nice pick me up when your in the mood for the beach! It smells like suntan lotion and sugary vanilla frosting.

This is one of my favorite YK scents. Confused about the negative reviews. . CB is perfect for summer, It’s not too sweet and has a bit of a salty scent mixed in with the Coconut. (No rum scent at all)
I have candles, tarts, car scents and plug ins. The fragrance lasts as long as any Yankee Candle I’ve owned!

I wanted to love this candle, I gave it numerous shots – to no avail. When I stuck my nose into the jar to give it a testing whiff at the store, I loved the soft fragrance of coconut. I imagined myself in bed reading a romantic novel while the sweet coconut aroma pampered my senses. I was so excited to bring that candle home, couldn’t wait to light it! Never did I think my dissapointment would be that big – the fragrance I thought I was going to smell never came. Not after an hour and not after two hours. I couldn’t smell the candle from up close! If it weren’t for Yankee’s generous exchange/return policy, this candle may have caused me to say good-bye to Yankee forever.

I owned Coconut Bay for just a few days and ended up exchanging it for another fragrance because the throw was too light. I wanted my small bedroom to smell of exotic coconut but the fragrance that the medium-sized candle produced was that of a faint powdery whiff of stuffy coconut. While the fragrance was barely detectable, whatever I smelled was too sweet and I believe that a large candle may have been too sickly overwhelming for my small room but at the same time not strong enough to enjoy in a larger area.

I didn’t like this either. There’s very little throw. The scent is pleasant, not too foody, more just like smelling a coconut.

While I love Yankee tarts(most of them). This one smelled like I was burning a safety candle. You know, white and unscented! Too bad because I adore anything coconut.

One of my absolute FAVORITE fragrances! Even my father, who claims to dislike my burning tarts, walked into the house and said, “That smells GREAT!”. Needless to say, this is one of my favorite summertime fragrances. It is delicious!
