I’s more wax than gel and will work fine for people who already have decent eyebrow that just needs a little bit of color correcting and cleaning up, but this will not work for people who are looking for dramatic changes to their natural eyebrows.
It works fine, but there are too many products that work just as well if not better for a fraction of its price. It’s currently selling for $10-13 at Nordstrom Rack and I would maybe repurchase at that price, but not at its regular price.

Love this product! It’s the best brow product I’ve tried and that includes BB long wear. What makes it special is that it hugs tight and doesn’t budge all day and the product, being a gel, brings a natural gleam that is a very natural look. Any time you put product on the brows it tends to dull them and look heavy. I use grey which is really a cool brown – a perfect match. The compact comes with a mirror which makes it very handy but it doesn’t come with a brush. I use my Anastasia which is a slanted brush with a spoolie. Currently this product is discounted on the BB site which means it is going to be discontinued and I don’t know why but as a result I bought 3 to back up. Grab it while you can; it’s a terrific product.

I was a huge fan of natural brow shaper till the moment they changed the brush shape and formulation.
I got the gel in to shades: mahogany and grey. Both are cool, mahogany is slightly more yellow but the difference in not huge.
This gel is more wax, not much pigmented and not so fool-proof.
It is a good product, but not perfect.
Pros: natural finish, great colour range, nice packaging, lasts longer – does not dry out and you need tiny amount for natural effect.
If you learn the proper technique of application, the effect is natural, elegant and face has that polished, fresh look. Make up stays almost unchanged from morning till evening.
Cons: you need to buy brush separately, the application needs some practise and perfect brows. If yours are patchy, unruly, with some discolouration (like mine) you might not be able to cover or correct it. This wax is not good in adhering to skin nor reach pigmented.
Warning: colours presented on Bobbi’s site looks more ashy than in reality and are much lighter when applied.

Promise : A unique, multitasking gel-wax formula that lets you achieve a perfect brow look, from natural to bold. The tinted gel hugs brow hairs to fill in and define the shape of the brow, while also providing flexible, 24-hour wear for a perfectly polished look.
Reality: I would call it a wax, not gel. It has buildable texture and you can indeed go from very natural looking to really bold brows. Just keep in mind that colors look significantly darker in a package when they come out. I’d say you have to take one shade darker than you usually take. Luckily it comes in 8 colors and have both cool and warm shades. However I can’t see it hugging my hair, it can’t keep them in desired direction at all. I also have an issue with claimed 24 hours wear. It wears of f my outer corner of the brow (where only few hairs are) in about 4 to 5 hours. But it lasts really really long where more hairs are presented.
I’d say if you have a decent brows that only need a hint of color and a little filling – go for it, you probably going to love it, otherwise look for something else. Gels / waxes might be not a best option in general, since they aren’t holding well on nearly bare skin.
