Good Morning,
I am a first time user/buyer of Anastasia products. Based off of many positive reviews from customers I decided to try the product myself.
On 3/17/2016 I purchased a Brow Pomade in soft brown as well as the Anastasia angled brow brush.
As of last month I noticed that the product has been quickly drying out and I haven’t made much of a dent in the surface. At this point the product is very hard to pick up on the brush and whatever I am able to pick up, flakes off in little partials onto my cheek and desk and considering the very small amount I use this is concerning me. The pot is practically new and already drying out more and more every time I reach for it. I have taken care to tightly close it after each use and store it in my drawer so I’m at a lose as to why this is happening with the product and why the quality is deteriorating in such a short period.

This product is a waterproof product. If left open, it can dry the product out faster than if it was opened only for a few seconds at a time. Below are some instructions that can assist you with reviving the product to bring it back to its original state.
We would advise that you always twist the cap tightly after you use the pomade. We would also recommend that you add one drop of baby oil to the dried Dipbrow Pomade and store it with the cap-side down (so that gravity with pull the product’s moisture back up to the top surface while it is stored.) These tips will help prevent the Pomade from drying out.

You have to apply a thin amount in order to get a true “soft brown”, if you apply too much product then it’ll come out much darker. It’s pretty similar to taupe, but this one has red undertones.
