…..Meh is how I feel about this brow pencil. It is quite stiff and drags- I find myself losing a brow hair here and there. For the price, it is fair. But I prefer the Etude House one in every single way. Same price range- you can find it anywhere from $2-5 depending where you live. I wouldnt spend more than that on either brand’s brow pencil. That being said, I would buy this over the $25-30 Hourglass or Anastasia ones.

I bought this for $5 wondering how good it possible be? It’s amazing. I feel ripped off on every eyebrow product I’ve used. I have a hourglass eyebrow pencil that is 8x the price and the colour isn’t nearly as good as this. This a a steal!

A great, great dupe for Western’s brow wiz pencils that tend to be expensive. The angled tip makes the application so easy and it comes with the spoolie as well! Very creamy and easy to glide on. However, the staying power is so-so, if you rub yoour eyebrows it will definitely transfer. Still, a great deal considering how cheap it is

Face Shop Design My Brows > Etude House’s Drawing Eyebrow!
There, I said it. It took me awhile to notice it. This product’s pigmentation and packaging wise is better compared to Etude House. I have been a loyal user of Drawing Eyebrow, I have bought 5-6 pencils until I noticed that it caused breakout around my eyebrow area. This sounds weird, but I literally have acnes on my eyebrows when I use Drawing Eyebrow, and the acne stopped when I ran out of it. That’s when I thought I need to find a substitute. I have tried Face Shop’s Lovely Me: Ex eyebrow pencil in grey brown, but the shade is way too red to my liking. But then I saw a blog post on Korean grey brown eyebrow pencils, it seems Face Shop fix the shade in Design My Brows, so I tried it.
– Packaging wise, this one is way stronger. I always feel like I have to be really careful when I use Drawing Eyebrow. The lid is also stronger and smaller, making it more precise.
– The pigmentation is better too! This might be a con to some people tho. But it doesn’t make it less natural somehow.
– Staying power is the same with Drawing Eyebrow. Slightly even better, probably. I wasn’t expecting a lot honestly.
Would I buy this again? Definitely! Until this product cause another breakout on my eyebrows, I will repurchase.

I got this in 03 black brown, it is darker than what I usually go for. This is easy to use and I like that it comes with a spooley. Also reasonably priced but the product does not stay on my brows. I applied it for school and I do touch and scratch my face quite alot because of my eczema and while it’s understandable that some product should come off, having all of it gone by the end of the day is disappointing. At first I thought it was because I brushed too hard with the spooley. The product seems quite skin friendly as it did not irritate my skin.

I bought this brow pencil for $5 CAD at my local Face Shop in Grey. First of all, this packaging is so cute! Not only is it cute, but it comes with the spooly so you don’t have to use/buy a separate one. The pencil part is triangular so its PERFECT for drawing and filling in brows. I have my pencil in Grey and its more of a grey-brown colour and it is absolutely the PERFECT for me (I am Asian with dark brown hair naturally)!! Before I had been using a grey brow pencil (strictly brown eyebrow pencils don’t seem to look right on my face due to the red undertones), but after I found this i fell in love! ITS THE MOST PERFECT SHADE EVER. This brow pencil also comes in 4 other shades. Would I repurchase? HECK YES.
PROS:
-cute and practical packaging
-triangular shape to pencil
-perfect shade
-4 other shades available
CONS:
none!

Best eyebrow pencil I’ve ever used! I have tried a lot of other brands but keep coming back to this one! I love the slanted tip style as it’s easier to maneuver and shape my brows and it’s almost impossible to overdraw my brows when I’m using this pencil. It is not super pigmented on one swipe but buildable, just exactly how I want my eyebrow pencils to be. Cheap, easy to use and conveniently available near my place. I hoard especially when they’re on sale. I currently have 8 pencils as backups.

Near perfect dupe for the hourglass eyebrow arch sculpting pencil.
The only difference is is that it’s less moisturizing and comes in less shades.
It’s only $6!!!!
Why wouldn’t you buy it?
Not my HG because it doesn’t glide as easily as the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyebrow pencil does or the Hourglass. But it’s 30 dollars versus 37 dollars vs. 6 dollars.

I received this from a friend who bought the wrong colour for herself. I wasn’t expecting a lot. I had tried many other brands of eyebrow pencil (both high-end and drugstore brands) and had found my HG eyebrow pencil – Silkygirl eyebrow pencil – so I wasn’t particularly interested in switching brands. But I did anyway, and I’m quite loving it! Its particularly ‘soft’ and very buildable so you don’t have to worry about being heavy-handed. The packaging is superb – a retractable pencil on one end and a spoolie on the other makes it absolutely nifty. My only grouse? Its a little bit more expensive compared to the Silkygirl pencil, so bearing that in mind, I’m not sure if I’d jump ship. I do go through my eyebrow pencils a lot and I’m not so keen on spending a lot of money on them.

I gave this a really high rating, but to be honest, I’m only beginning to test it out. I have 03 in black-brown (I have black hair) and so far so good! The price was cheap compared to other eyebrow pencils you might find. The colour is definitely build-able in case you have a heavy hand. I already have pretty full eyebrows, so I mostly use this to fill in any gaps I may have accidentally made while “cleaning” my brows (oops).
I’m going to test this product for another week or so, but I doubt my review would change!
EDIT: I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I still love it. Definitely recommended!
