After I saw that some magazine put it in Top 10 for H&M Beauty products, decided that I need to share my opinion on this one. For the record, my brows are not super unruly just sometimes a few of them do not behave as I want them too.
Pros: nice sleek packaging ( but not the wand, see cons); no crustiness after it dries
So-so: it’s a bit pricey for drugstore but not too much;
Cons: humongous wand, it’s too long for brow gel; doesn’t hold my brows in place, like after applying you need to push them with a spooly to get minor results
Finally, I’ll use it till the very end but no repurchase for me.

This is the best “drugstore” brow gel I have come across, and while it is a bit pricey compared to other drugstore products I find that non have the staying power that this has on my unruly brows.
