Not a lot of shade options (only two – “light/medium” and “medium/dark”) but that’s not all that uncommon for a brow gel. The brush/spoolie is very tiny which is the best part of this product. The consistency is kind of goopy so you will have to wipe some off before applying though otherwise you will have to try and salvage the situation by removing some and trying to even distribute the rest through your brows. Despite the thicker formula, do not expect any holding power whatsoever. I didn’t really notice any fibers in the gel which is fine by me but aside from being a tinted brow gel this offered nothing to wow me. I found this was best used on days where I wanted a little extra something after filing in with my pencil, but not so concerned about holding hairs in place. Would I recommend it? No. There are plenty of other drugstore alternatives that perform better, for example, essence make me brow has 3 shade options, is half the price, has a small spoolie end, and has greater holding power in my opinion.
