Not a good choice for my situation. I changed my hair color to a rich medium brown and my thin, taupe, dark blonde eyebrows disappeared on my face. I need a thicker, flatter pencil point because I have to redraw eyebrows, not just fill in a few hairs. I found the formula too soft and sticky to work with, the result was splotchy, and when I tried to comb it through with the brush end, I just made a bigger mess. I need to go back to Anastasia.

This product is crazy good! It’s my holy grail also so cheap only 4 dollars at Walmart. I have oily skin and thus product stays on all day and it’s very true to color u just need to press harder for more pigmentation. The brush is not the best but you can use it to distribute color a bit. Great for people on a budget who want full eyebrows.

I was skeptical to try this because some people said it did not last and being that I have oily skin I was concerned. Sure it stayed all day and I did not have to set it but the color is off It is more of a medium brown with a strong red undertone. It is inexpensive but it is difficult to use because of it’s oval shape. I prefer thinner pencils. The included brush it too soft to be used I use my ELF spoolie instead and last but not least it the product broke off the pencil. I will not repurchase.

The product is almost like a powder in texture and lasted around 5 hours on my oily combo skin before it began to fade. My only and biggest gripe about it is the packaging. I had it for less than 2 weeks when the long stick of product straight up just fell out of the packaging and completely broke apart on the floor. I noticed the “stick” fall out a couple times before but I was able to catch it until I couldn’t lol. For that reason alone I will not be repurchasing again

This is just ok. The texture of the pencil is a bit dry and the shade comes off a bit dusty. It has a warmer tone when applied than it looks. The brush on the other end is so soft, it doesn’t do much. The flat wedge shape is helpful since its a twistup point, but it doesn’t stay very precise due to the size.

I do not like this. The packaging is fine, and it’s inexpensive, but the color and staying power is terrible, at least for me. When I swatched it, it seemed fine, but it smudged outside of my eyebrows, and had a red undertone when i applied it to my face. This is just my personal opinion and experience. My brows are pretty full, but the hairs themselves are thin, this might work for someone with sparser brows with more space between the hairs. What really boggled me is that the consistency of it on the back of my hand was on the dryer side, which I loved and was the reason I bought it (i hate creamy brow pencils, I’m sure I’m not alone on that) but when I applied it to my face it got super greasy and wouldn’t stay put. I don’t like the brush either, it’s too flimsy.
I love NYX, but this one was a miss for me. I might just be bad with eyebrow pencils or just not the right brows for them. I’m extremely thankful that I didn’t fall victim to the overplucking epidemic of the 2000s, so filling my natural brow with powder is totally sufficient.

I only gave 3 lippies as the packagin is perfect love the spoolie! However dark brown is not at all pigmented enough. After reading all the reviews here im wondering if i got a bad batch? This literally doesnt show up on my brows! So so light ! although it says dark brown! However i wouldnt be buying this again and wasting money on something that is pigmented enough! 😔 think i’ll stick to the NYX brow pomade.

This product has the best packaging ever – I love that you don’t have to sharpen it. The colour of this pencil is more warm-toned than I’d have liked, but I still managed to make it work. At first, I thought the brush would be annoying to use, but it’s good for smudging out or removing colour when I applied too much.
If you have cool toned hair, I would probably go for a different product, otherwise this pencil is great. It starts off a little hard to apply but after a few uses the product becomes creamy and easy to use. You just have to be careful not to make your eyebrows too dark – it’s easy to get carried away with this one. You’ll also need some sort of eyebrow gel to use with it if you have a problem with stray hairs. It’s definitely a bargain though, I got mine for $9 AUD, which is considerably less than a lot of other products. Overall I’d purchase this again unless I come across a more cool-toned product that does the same job.

So I have extremely sparse eyebrows due to years of overplucking.
For years I have been using rimmel pencil in black brown with the brush attached.
I have seen rave reviews of nyx products so I snatched this up for about 5 dollars.
the consistency is smooth and not harsh at all. I’m pretty light handed from years of using sharp pencils so I had to make stronger lines but this pencil is easy to work with. Not having to sharpen it is so helpful. Especially when I need a touch up during the day.
The only complaint I have is that it seems a bit reddish and I use dark brown. that’s not a huge problem since I set it with a brow powder (I use ELF brow kit in dark and it’s AMAZING!)
I haven’t used it long enough to comment on its staying power but I have pretty oily skin so I pretty much count on needing to blot and touch up. If this doesn’t require that I will be a happy lady! Will update when I find out 🙂

I have tried every brow product known to man and I keep coming back to this. Its creamy, easy to blend, you can go for a dramatic or natural look. I love the price and the packaging, this is my go to brow product.
