I was given this as a gift, and it’s easily one of the best makeup products I’ve ever used in my life.
I’m NC15-20 and usually prefer a satin matte finish (I was previously using Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil) but this bronzer changed my entire opinion on skin finishes. I apply mine to the tops of my cheekbones and around my hairline with an angled blush brush, and then blend out with a damp sponge. It blends out so quickly and beautifully, and even if I blend it away to nothing, my face still clearly has more definition than before and my cheekbones stand out and catch the light. When you first apply it it can be a bit intimidating because it looks like a very warm toned gold bronze, but it immediately blends out the moment a sponge/brush touches it. Gives a truly radiant glow that looks so natural and so stunning at once, I really can’t praise it enough. I’m never buying highlighter again because of this, it just seems so unnatural compared to his bronzer. I’m currently using my remaining highlighters up by applying them first and then putting this bronzer over the top and then blending it out, because it adds extra oomph but looks more natural than applying it over the bronzer. It also lasts all day and does not show off skin texture at all. This is important – it does not give you shimmer, it gives you radiance and luminosity. I’ve used very finely milled shimmers before and they all seem chunky in comparison to this.
This has also totally redefined my standards of blush. I usually wear Nars blush but I find myself reaching for it less because they now seem so … there. Like this bronzer just melts into my skin in the best way, and it’s honestly made me side eye all my other products lol. If anyone has any suggestions on blushes that have this same sheen/lit from within glow let me know. I now only wear (pink) blush on days that I wear purple eyeshadow, because otherwise this bronzer is the only complexion colour I need other than foundation.
I highly, highly recommend this. This is one of those rare HG products where you’d previously thought you knew the category (bronzers) well, and were very confident in how you applied it, but then this one HG came along and redefined your standards.

One of my favorite recent purchases and favorite bronzers of all time.. such a gorgeous shade on my nw22/25 skin tone, warms me up perfectly without being orange. I must have 25+ bronzers, and this is the one I have been reaching for almost everyday this summer. It looks great applied with a big fluffy brush, a kabuki buffed in, or a beauty blender, definitely recommend.

I am really loving these Becca bronzers!
I have the shade Capri Coast and it is a perfect neutral-bronze tone for someone with a light-medium complexion. Warms up the skin nicely, without looking orange/muddy. Also a very fine amount of shimmer here makes your skin glow from within.
Powder blends seamlessly and lasts a very long time. This is a hit for me! I also show and talk about my favourite Gradient Sunlit Bronzer and other summer faves in a separate review here, in case any of you guys are interested in a detailed review ( All in all, 5 stars from me!

I went with the lighter shade Bali Sands as I can get a little out of control with applications. It’s described as a soft golden beige. I really like it, I’m very fair right now with a neutrual skintone …and getting paler as I’m trying to stay out of the sun (trying to avoid sunspots and more wrinkles). I really have a hard time finding a bronzer shade that works for ne usually they seem to be way orange. Another one that works well is the Tarte Park ave princess bronzer. Anyways Becca gives a nice natural glow without any shimmer/sparkles, very silky and you can control how heavy of an application you want it to be. Also No breakouts. Took one lippie off because of how expensive it is.

This is a new product at Sephora Canada and reviewed very positive reviews. I have fair skin (NW20). When I swatched in the store, the lightest shade Bali Sands looked a bit too yellow golden for my cool toned skin so I went with the next darkest shade, Capri Coast which looked to have a more red undertone. I have worn it a few times and find the effect quite subtle and natural. The texture is very buttery and soft, not dry at all, with a slight luminosity. So fair skinned people can give it a shot without worrying about looking too faked tanned. I suspect medium toned individuals seeking a more bronzed look will want to try the darker shades given how subtle the effect is.
