(For reference I’m nw25/dry skin) I really like this little bronzer. I use it as a blush. Despite the name being “Warm Tan”, it is not warm at all! It’s actually very cool toned. I like it as an eyeshadow too. I don’t have to use much product either to get the desired opacity of color. It does have shimmer, so when I use this, I usually skip a separate shimmer highlight on my cheekbones. It’s not glittery at all, just shimmery. The formula is soft and on the creamy side. I did not have any irritation or further drying out with this at all, as I usually don’t with any ELF products. It wore very well and has decent lasting power. Overall, this does make a beautiful blush, especially during fall and winter! I definitely recommend giving this a try.

I recently purchased this for USD$2 at Kmart along w Sunkissed (they are $2 ea. now that is a 100% increase! Still affordable & still better than the Wetnwild Bronzers imo no offense to any wnw lovers I really love wnw in general myself FWIW!). I’m all for cheap makeup that performs well & this delivers. It is shimmery but not too OTT I honestly use this as a sort of blush product & way to warm up my face. It is fairly dark so fair skinned dolls will have to use a light hand as to not look like Snooki’s Jersey Shore days, that is a hazard w Bronzers that are dark and/or shimmery. I love shimmery products, this lends such a lovely warmth to the face but if you have oily skin avoid the areas where your pores are largest because it will accentuate them. This has been sold out for a little while on elf’s website so I was glad to see it at Kmart! I am a huge elf fan, I like these Bronzers better than the other elf Bronzers. There are 4 in this collection altogether. Very nice product. I can’t believe these are $2!! All kinds of right!!

This slproduct appears to look really nice on the skin alone. However, it does not apply very well over foundation and other powders. Swatched on your hand or arm it went out nice and creamy with no fallout. Unfortunately, I cannot use it on my face it sticks to my foundation and powder and does not blend out evenly. As an alternate, I brush it on my arms and legs for a nice glow when I wear dresses, shorts, etc. I cannot complain too much because I only purchased this product for a dollar. This product just did not work for me.

Cheap and awesome! I use this as contour for my nose and cheeks. The color is great and not shimmery, and this only costs a buck. No skin irritation and no odor.

For about a dollar and some cents, this was not a big deal for my pocket. I actually like the color. It gives a nice sheen and shimmer to my NC30 face. Too much of it could look purple but overall, I like the shade. Lighter shade women would appreciate this as bronzers can look muddy.

This e.l.f Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder is a product I wasn’t sure I’d like because I have medium brown skin with red undertones & I didn’t think shade Warm Tan would be flattering on me. I figured for $1 though, it cannot hurt to try. As luck would have it, this bronzer gave me a nice sun-kissed look during the winter months. I actually think I’d be able to go a shade darker & still look good. Warm Tan does the job perfectly fine though… I am always a fan of shimmer, glitter, sparkles (whatever you want to call it) & since my skin is already dark that’s definitely toned down & I can wear this as an all-over face powder or body shimmer if I want. When I apply it on my face, I apply it with a light hand so I don’t get a fake look.
I simply apply this with an e.l.f. Essential Bronzing Brush & apply product to my forehead, my nose, & my cheeks. If I use it as an all-over powder, I obviously just apply it all over my face in a circular motion. If you find a shade that’s good for it, this powder can also be doubled up as a contouring or highlighting product. This is affordable at $2 & I think it’s a great buy. Check it out!

I bought this in Warm Tan as an inexpensive ($1. Yes, one. american. dollar.) replacement for Tarte Bronzer in Park Avenue Princess ($29. I must have been drunk when I bought it, but it’s now my HG). I’ve used it for about a week and have not experienced any breakouts, dryness, or any other issues whatsoever. I have relatively normal combination skin. I use it like a highlighter, dusting it on all the spots that tan first, my forehead, cheekbones, across my nose, chin, etc.
Like Tarte PAP, IT DOES NOT WORK AS A CONTOUR! It’s too golden and shimmery for contour, you will look bizarre.
I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a dupe, but this gives me similar results for MUCH less than Tarte at $29. I will likely use this for a day look and use the Tarte for SO’s. It doesn’t have great staying power, but for $1 I can afford to reapply several times a day if I need to. I know that Tarte’s bronzer will last through and entire event without reapplying.

I love this bronzer! I purchased this and the “Sunkissed” hoping that one would be a close match to Clinique’s “Sunkissed” – It wasn’t. It barely showed on my skin and by the time I put enough on so you could see it, I looked a sparkley mess. I was apprehensive about this color because it does look dark in the pan. I use it with a really light hand on my cheeks and my temples to add some color to my face. It is shimmery, so I don’t think it would work great for contouring, but for the purpose I use it it seems to work fine. The only thing is, I wish it would last longer after I put it on. Usually after an 8 hour work day it’s pretty much gone. It’s actually better than the Clinique bronder I was previously using, and at a much cheaper price point. Overall, I would definitely repurchase it!
EDIT: B R O K E M E O U T! I really loved this stuff and was determined to make it work. I thought that if I just kept using it that eventually my skin would get used to it. I was wrong. I never ever get pimples on my cheeks and right now I have two on my right cheek and 1 on my left. They’re very red and painful to the touch. I’ve also noticed how red my skin is in those areas now. I’m amazed that this much damage has been caused from a bronzer. What did I expect for a dollar? I’m going to throw it out and look for something else. **D O N O T B U Y T H I S!** It will ruin your skin.
