This bronzer ended up not really working with my skin tone, and since I couldn’t go cooler, this was kind of a bust. The four colors combined looked very orange on me, and when swatched separately, I couldn’t even get the bottom two to show up — and I’m pretty fair! I’ve seen comments that this might work better as a highlight for medium-to-deep skin tones, and for $4, you do get a nice-sized mirror and the chance to play around with the color that suits you best. There’s also a time and place for loads of pigment, and if you’re just starting out with bronzer as I am, sometimes less pigment can be a blessing. That being said, I think this could’ve been more finely-milled and I wish there was a version with a pinker undertone.

This is gonna sound stupid since it’s called golden but it had a tad bit too much gold for me…lol

This is my personal favourite bronzer because it is so natural looking without being too golden and gives a nice radiant look without being chunky or chalky. I did have to scrape off a little bit of top layer because my brush wasn’t really picking up enough. It’s not super pigmented is a little bit of the sheer side which is great for a natural bronzed look for lighter skin tones. Super easy to blend into the skin and doesn’t look chalky or powdery.
Lasts all day and is easy to find in stores and online for only around $6-$4 depending on where you get it. Really pretty on the skin and looks really nice with my complexion without being overly orange or golden thanks to it being on the sheer side.

this is the perfect bronzer for me. its not intense or super pigmented no matter how much you use, perfect for a subtle bronzed look. it is very easy to blend and isnt powdery or chalky. i love their other bronzer palette Bronze Beauty however i cannot use all the shades because they are too dark and i dont want to buy the entire palette again which has 4 shades just for one or two of the shades. so this is a great alternative as i can use all the shades without it being too dark or looking weird on me. i just swirl my brush through all the shades as i feel it looks better that way. i heard there was a cool toned version of this however apparently they stopped carrying it which is a little sad because it can be difficult to find cool toned bronzers which was what i wanted originally, luckily this one isnt too warm or golden likely because its not an intense or super pigmented product and it looks good on me.
the packaging is the standard elf black packaging which is very sturdy, simple and comes with a big mirror inside. this does have glitter in it so if thats not your thing then i would avoid this palette. however if you dont mind glitter then i highly recommend this if you want a more subtle bronzed look for a good price, $4.

J’adore cela. il donne une si belle lueur bronzée sans paillettes. je choisis ce sur mes 20 $ bronzants tout le temps. parfait pour la peau claire.. je vous le recommande

I’ve been using this for a few years, & I love it! It doesn’t make your face real shimmery, it’s leaves just a light shimmer.

If you’re looking for a subtle wash of colour/sheen, this is your go-to. If you’re looking for pigment or contour, stay clear.
I have NC20 skin and this applies beautifully for everyday wear. I would not be able to wear this in the summer though as I doubt it would show up when my skin is closer to NC 25/30. But i was on the hunt for a subtle bronzer during the winter months that I can slap on. My skin also tends to pull most make up I wear a bit warmer so the golden undertone in this is perfect.
I use a different powder to lightly contour my cheeks and then just mix all the colours together and wash this over. It offers such a beautiful glisten to the skin (i dont see any glitter at all). I have built it up a bit to get more colour on the cheeks, but you wouldn’t want to do that too much since you’re also building up the shimmer in it at the same time (unless you’re going for a super glowy look).
Really recommend for the price. Already looking into buying the other shades they have.

I really wanted this to work for me because the shades look so pretty and it’s so affordable. However, this has zero pigment. It just looks like a sparkle loaded translucent powder on me. The more I try to build pigment, the more sparkles I get and I end up looking like a the Tin Man out in the sun. I tried playing with it for a week and ended up tossing it.

This is an excellent highlight for pale and maybe tan skin tones. The bronzer only shows up if you are pale. I really like this, and have been repurchasing for years. I’ll often try other products but always come back to this. I use this on days when I want simple makeup. I may just use foundation, mascara, and dusting of this. There is not a lot of color payoff, which I can appreciate. It’s hard to mess up application.
The lightest shade is my favorite for a natural highlight, and I’ll also swirl a brush through the pan to use as a subtle bronzer.

Wow. This is lame, no way around it. I can’t believe this is the same product so many people reviewed here glowingly.
I swirl all four shades together and get a very sad result. This is really densely packed and doesn’t seem to show up very well on my skin. If I press really hard I get a shimmery, golden swatch that isn’t orange at all (the only good thing), but it really needs to be packed on to be noticeable, and not in a bronze way either. And I’m fair. I think you might need to be almost white to get a bronzing effect here.
I guess this shade is too close to the color of my skin? I’m fair yellow/olive and I can’t really tell a difference (apart from
some shimmer) after I really dig into this with my brush and layer it.
I think this honestly needs a lot more pigment so it can actually be seen on the face.
Edit: tried using as eyeshadow. Fail. You have to attack the powder to get any pickup and then the pigmentation is just lame.
Hard. Too much filler.
I’m trashing the powder and pressing something else into this pan.
