This is a fantastic product and it performs much better than scrubs from higher priced brands like Bobbi Brown, Chanel and Kiehl’s. I use it regularly because I frequently get spray tans in the summer and then my skin gets really dry in the winter. This scrub makes your skin super soft and smooth. The scent is pure summer: a mix of sun-kissed ocean and suntan lotion and something fruity, which is inexplicably appealing. Bath and Bodyworks does not sell this anymore but so I buy it on Amazon.

This is by far my favorite body scrub ever! It’s the perfect mix of cleansing, exfoliating and fragrance. I picked it up on impulse when they were having a big sale and I am so glad I did!
As my first purchase from the B&BW “Spa” line, I did not know what to expect. Yes it’s pricier than a drugstore scrub and you have to go to B&BW to buy it, not just to the grocery around the corner. But the results are so awesome, I will gladly go out of my way to pick more up.
I was pleasantly surprised I like the fragrance as much as I do. I do not typically go for a fruity, sweet kind of scent. Maybe because I use it most in the summer, the coconut, suntan lotion smell just works. The first time I used this, I was also surprised by the texture. It is a scrub in the traditional sense, but I was not expecting a “lather.” Yes, people will tell you that SLS is bad news and you should avoid it at all costs, but to me, the addition of a slight lather is what makes this so great. The exfoliating “grains” literally glide over your skin, so much easier than a straight up scrub with a paste-like consistency.
I use this before shaving my legs and the results are beyond smooth! I also use it all over before self tanning and find my tan lasts longer and doesn’t fade in patches AT ALL! It is great at preventing ingrowns on my lower legs and bikini line. I bought a tube two years ago and still have at least another season’s worth left. The tube it comes in is great and you get a lot for the money. I recommend this to anyone as a stand in for a loofah and body wash.
