Cruelty free and “Clean” New Zealand brand, made on site at the Simunovich Olive Estate in New Zealand. It has a creamy gentle base like Clinique’s 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula, but even better. I find the Clinique leaves a waxy residue that clogs pores and makes skin look a bit dull. This one leaves my skin clean, plump, bright and smooth feeling. Never tight, stripped or dry feeling. Doesn’t irritate my very sensitive skin as its all natural and free of nasty irritating ingredients. Doesn’t clog pores. The scrub pieces are larger and slightly sparser than I like, but they are effective at gently polishing skin without scratching. And of course they are plastic free so they are environmentally safe also.
Not sure if I will purchase this specific scrub again, but I have repurchased the Olive brand gentle foaming cleanser, soaps and bubble bath previously and will continue to explore the brand as it suits my very sensitive skin.
