As scrubs go, this was OK but I prefer something a little harsher. Dove pitch this as having a whipped texture which I would agree with. However, they also state that it gently removes dull, dry skin and deeply nourishes the skin, neither of which I would agree with. I don’t think it’s grainy enough to effectively remove dry skin and although it does have a creamy texture, I still found the need to moisturise afterwards which I never do with my favourite oil based scrubs from Bomb Cosmetics. On a positive note the packaging is great – it has a wide opening making it easy to get the product out and the plastic tub is clear, making it easy to see how much product is left. The scent is also really gentle and refreshing and not at all overpowering. Overall though, I wouldn’t repurchase this as there are definitely better exfoliating scrubs out there for a similar price.
