I bought this blush in Dust. I guess they’ve changed the packaging at some point, because it doesn’t look like the photo in the review. It’s a round blush, which is what I prefer. Anyway, it’s a very nice colour, the price is very good, and this blush goes really well with Revlon’s Rose Velvet lipstick. The size of the pan is a bit small for the size of my blush brush (I like the size of Mac blushes better, but they’re far more expensive), but that’s my only (very minor) complaint.

Marcelle blush has been around for 25 years. I remember buying the color Dust back in the early ’90’s although it used to be a much brighter pink than now. It’s still very good blush. What I like most about it is how Dust in a subtle luminous pink with a slight shimmer. But not too much shimmer, just a touch. It is not a Dolly pink at all; it’s not that bright. It is the absolutely perfect pink for someone with very fair or porcelain ivory skin with a pink undertone. It looks very natural on and lasts a long time. The quality is very good. Goes on smoothly with a brush. It comes with a very small brush in the case which can be used in a pinch when travelling, although it’s not the ideal brush. The blush is non-comedonic and has no noticeable perfume. I will be buying this as long as it’s sold. A hint of its popularity is that Dust is the one color that is always sold out at the pharmacies where I live.

I got this with a $4 dollar off coupon, so hence why it was so worth buying. I have this blush in dust, and it’s basically a dolly pink color. I really love this blush, and I use it every single day.
PROS:
Blush feels lightweight and breathable, it doesn’t break you out!!!
Gorgeous blending
Lovely packaging, easy to use
Pretty pigmented, not powdery like flour
CONS:
Doesn’t come with a puff, so you can’t travel with it…
But besides that, absolutely love this, and definitely a good buy.

I think this is a great blush! I got it in Natural, and it’s a nice subtle orangey-pink shade that suits my warm-toned asian skin. I like that it’s matte, and today it’s stayed on for 10+ hours even on my oily skin. It does take a few swipes to get enough pigment on, but at least it’ll be hard to overdo it.

ok so I was walking around target when I noticed a bunch of red clearance stickers on a bunch of marcelle products so I went through and saw these blushes. I got the shade “dust” which does not look like dust at all 😛 I got it for around 2$? I can’t remember the exact like change but it was 2 something and at first when I went home I thought that there wouldn’t be much product in it because the packaging is very deceiving but there is a good amount of product. As I am in my makeup collection as I am reviewing this product and trying to find something to compare it to I think its more like the Mac sheertone blushes but a bit more velvety feeling and swatching it, it is very similar to Mac sheertone blush in the shade *blushbaby* The only thing i think is a down side to this blush is that it is soo velvety that my brush sometimes leaves marks in the product. It is VERY minor but I thought I shouod give an honest review. It has great lasting power, and is good for a big pop of colour or can be buffed into a nice wash of colour, I would deffinatley repurchase for full price.

Wow, I love this blush! I got it on sale for 1,99$, which is ridiculous for the quality you get:
-It’s matte
-The color is SO pretty (I got it in Rose Whisper)
-It lasts a long time
-It’s hypo-allergenic and perfume free
I would recommand it !

I gave this a 3/5 because while it doesn’t have any negative effects on my skin per se, it just doesn’t do very much good. I have this in blossom, which as a colour works fine for my med-tan NC40 skin and black hair. However, it’s hard to blend, goes on fairly dark so I do really need to blend it, but has absolutely no lasting power! This leaves me in a bit of a pickle, because I need to apply it lightly, but at the same time it fades so much that even if it’s dark in the morning, it’s almost gone even before the workday is done. Overall I’ll just finish off the pan for natural workday looks but I don’t wear it out or on weekends, and I won’t repurchase. I’m happy with the quality of Marcelle skincare products–ladies if you haven’t tried these, you really should, before you spend 2-3x more on other brands–but I might rethink their makeup.

I have this in blossom and I found that this just has no color what soever even on my pale skin.I like some of the dollar blushes from elf way better than this blush esp for the10 dollar price tag

Originally, I just borrowed this blush from my mum’s makeup bag when I ran out of my usual stuff. The colour she had was “Blossom” and i tried it out as a blush… a bit dark for my skin but for contouring.. PERFECT! This blush in “Blossom” is a fabulous contouring colour for anyone with light-medium skin especially because it is matte and for contouring.. shimmer is a big no-no.

LOOOOOOOOVE. I’ve always had a hard time with blush because my skin tone is very weird and the wrong color on me can quickly turn into a disaster.
I picked this one up in the color “Natural” a few weeks ago, just because at this point I’m willing to try anything. And as luck would have it, it turned out to be an HG for me. I have fair skin and was never able to find the right combination of colors to compliment my skin tone, but this blush finally pulled it all together. Up until this point, I’d been using Benefit’s Hoola bronzer for contour and whatever blush I could reach…..they were just ok for me, but I wanted to do better.
On top of loving the color, the blend is magnificent. It goes on smoothly, has great color payoff without being too heavy or densely pigmented, and it lasts. It’s so easy to blend, so I never get that weird clumpy look that so many blushes can give. It’s even and forgiving.
Because I have fair skin, I can use this as a very natural-looking bronzer under my cheekbones and on my temples, and pair it with a nice pink blush on the apples of my cheeks for a very forgiving and flawless fresh look. Or, I can use it alone as a blush. It’s versatile and works perfectly for me everytime. I can count on it, which I love. I highly recommend. I apply it lightly with my Sephora stippling brush for a soft application. Beautiful!
