This blush is absolutely gorgeous. I’m latin but my skin is reasonably fair and I’m forever on the hunt for a blush that doesn’t make me look like a clown. Hello #12!! It’s just such a soft pink and I think it’s quite pigmented for such a pale shade and it’s totally buildable. I wear it every day for work and it stays on the full 9 hours and then some! Mine is on it’s way out – I hope I can pick up some more.

Both Kenoki and AngelOnFire did an excellent job in their descriptions of Giorgio Armani’s Sheer Blush #12 ….. I agree that the color is a light pinkish berry with lilac …… this would certainly work as a blush for those that are very pale ….. I am a NW10 and this works great when I use a skunk brush, however, please note that because it looks so light, don’t be deceived, because those of us with a PPP complexion, can overdo the color if you use a heavy hand ….. it is a beautiful color but I overdid it the first time I used it and now know exactly how much to use …… for those that are PPP, I think that you would love this blush especially if you are trying to find the right pink blush ….. unfortunately this is LE but I was lucky to score a blush that Neiman’s still had in stock. My favorite all-time blush was Sheer #1 which was sadly discontinued, and #12 is now another favorite. (the other blushes I tried from GA were too warm, but the best they have had for my cool coloring were #1 and now #12.)

It’s a bit of a stretch to call this color a blush, although judging from the ultra-pale looks on the Armani Cosmetics Web site, a blush it is indeed.
Sheer Blush #12 is a milky light lavender that looks more like a color-correcting powder than it does a blush. It doesn’t show up on me other than as a light dusting of fairy powder and it is probably quite suitable for Titania, but on my medium-light skin it doesn’t deliver, and fails even to work as a nude blush.
It doesn’t really work as a special-effect highlighting powder either, because the shimmer is so muted as to be nearly invisible. Where it would work is with the look Armani shows on its Web site, which is Renaissance pale, like a portrait of a Tudor queen.
This color is the blush equivalent of Serge Lutens “Mauve de Swan” lipstick.
