I love this blush! It can be hard to find good matte blushes however this one works great for me! I love the packaging and the cute rose! This blush feels similar to high end products but at a good price! I also love how this colour looks good on fair and tan skin!

Its natural on skin but doesnt last long on skin and fades quite soon

Milani released 4 shades as a limited edition for spring/summer 2015, this was one of those shades.
I find this to be a beautiful dusty rose, but it does have glitter particles in it, but i don’t mind the luminous sheen it leaves behind.
I do agree this formula isn’t the best (i feel this is true even with the original rose blushes) they are very dry and can be hard to blend.
I apply this with a ELF studio angled blush brush, just to the tops of the apple of my cheeks, and blend outward with the ELF studio complexion brush, it blows it out and diffuses it nicely, leaving a healthy luminous glow.

First off, this is a very physically beautiful blush. The packaging is nice and the rose pattern is to die for. This blusher is glittery though, so it’s not an everyday blush for me. I really like the colour on my pale skin though. I find the center of the blush to be really soft and pigmented, but the edges to be rather dry. I don’t know if I got a weird one or if that’s common.

I was suckered into this by how beautiful it looks in the package but the truth is that this blush is what you would expect for a blush this large and this cheap. In the package American Beauty looks like a soft natural dusty rose. On the cheeks, however, it looks like that slightly peach/coral shade so many blushes oxidize to. I suppose this problem is in part a result of lack of pigment. My biggest gripe with this blush, though, is that it is a chalky texture and hard to blend. When on it is visible sitting on top of my skin and looks dry and like makeup, not a natural blush.
