I have the shade “Mai Tai Buy You a Drink”, a very pale matte peachy pink. I find it a similar effect to Clarins Illuminating Cheek Color in 02 Soft Peach. Wet n Wild is slightly brighter pinker peach while the Clarins slightly more nudish peach, but both are quite close, giving the perfect natural my-cheeks-but-better flush for my very fair skin with cool yellow undertone. Both apply just right, are easy to build from barely there to more intense, but never over apply and always look smooth not patchy or chalky. I use a dense synthetic brush to pick up enough product and slightly buff it in. The only difference is the Clarins is finer and more creamy to the touch, and has a slight luminescence (no shimmer) which the Wet n Wild doesn’t have. I love both equally for the easy reliable way they give me a natural blush. The Clarins for its luxury packaging and that tiny bit more youthful finish. The Wet n Wild for almost as good (still amazing) performance at such an affordable price point. If you have ultra fair skin maybe give Mai Tai Buy You a Drink a try.

I have the shade purple haze. It’s a light pink with a slight purple undertone and a slight sheen. Your cheeks won’t look purple, don’t worry! At first, I didn’t get any pigment! I had to scrap off the top layer with a plastic knife to get color. I got more pigment, but it’s not overly pigmented. Definitely buildable. It’s ok. Not my favorite. I prefer their other color icon blushes that are in rectangle package. Rose champagne is my all time favorite. I wouldn’t repurchase this blush. I find the color to be quite garish on my pale skin. It makes me look like a doll. However, I would like it for more cool toned looks. This is not an everyday blush shade for me.

I have one shade, Mai Tai Buy You a Drink, and I don’t regret the purchase. It is a soft shimmery peachy shade that is flattering on me. It looks very neat in the pan, but on the face it is just a regular ol’ blush. It isn’t hugely pigmented but I don’t find it to be super sheer either; I just use a regular blush brush when I apply it and it looks fine. I think the packaging is a huge upgrade from WnW’s Color Icon blushes, and the price is right for this kind of product. It is not a HG by any means, but it isn’t a terrible product either. You just have to know what to expect, and that is a basic shimmery blush.

This review is for the shade “Princess Daiquiries”. Soooooo soft. This is a very pale shade which doesn’t show up well on my skin tone, there are more light shades than darker shades in this particular ombré blush. The faint hint of peachy/pink does make a nice blush topper as well as eyeshadow though. If you are extremely fair-skinned this would look beautiful on the cheeks. But anyone beyond fair will not likely feel this is worth the bother.

I got in a purple haze last year and i already hit pan on it. It is such a pretty color. As a blush, it is not super pigmented. It is definitely a good combination of highlight and blush. The powder is so fine. I definitely will buy the other two colors. I cannot say what this product is. But it is very flattering on me.

I don’t find these to be as terrible as the dismal reviews would suggest. You just need to use a dense brush. In a Purple Haze is not that flattering on me, but I find Princess Daiquiris to be a very pretty color. Not my favourite blush ever and I don’t love it as much as Pearlescent Pink but it’s pretty good…

I have in a purple haze and the others for me they work very well using a somewhat dense highliter brush they blend easily on my face without being too intense so they look un natural I find them to be very pigmented and does the job for me.

A very pigmented blush that you have to apply very lightly. Grabbed this on a whim (and after checking reviews on MUA of course!) as was out of my Lancôme ‘Blush Subtil’. I’m glad I did because for what this cost it’s super-good value. Stays put all day and gives me a very subtle touch of shimmer, nothing too dramatic! Tip: If you dip your brush into the darkest part of the pan first, near the bottom and after that layer with the lighter part near the top of the pan, you can get a more subtle look. Otherwise just be sure to apply with a light hand as it’s so easy to get too much of this on due to how strongly pigmented it is.

I got mine in Mauve. It is the perfect cool neutral blush. I am NW 20 and was in full on despair when they discontinued their regular blush in Stone. It was my perfect neutral. This is a large disk of blush but the pan is not deep. I do not think you get more product. I DO NOT like the compact. It is thin, flimsy and is hard to get open. The blush itself is reasonably pigmented and not terribly dusty. This is a beautiful wind burned look for winter

I have this in the bright apricot shade called Feel the Heat. At first glance it looks neon and overwhelming. While it’s highly pigmented, all you need to do is slightly tap your brush into the powder before tapping it into the apples of your cheeks. Gives me a radiant flush that lasted me throughout sitting outside for hours in 100 degree weather. The Feel the Heat shade suits my medium tan skin perfectly… definitely a staple for brown skin!!!

I got this in a half-price sale so it was well worth the price. I have it in the shade Strictly Chic and it is honestly soooo gorgeous. As soon as I started wearing it, I KEPT (no joke) getting compliments on how good my skin looked and that is such a massive improvement because I wasn’t having a ‘good skin day’ either. It makes me look glowy and fresh and breathes some much needed life into my cheeks. A MUST HAVE! Eyeing Mauve Me because I’ve heard so many good things about it.

Mauve me is a must have! Looks amazing- pretty neutral pink on my NC40/sun beige skin. I might try other colors (not sure) since they are very strong shades. Looks beautiful in the pan and has great packaging. Never thought I’d love something as much as my Milani blushes but it’s the same kind. It’s a glowy satiny blush- not shimmery, not matte. The whole pan is a blush- don’t bother using the top as a highlighter (doesnt show up at all, really really natural). Would repurchase and reccomend! Love!

I’ve been a bright blush person for years, but lately I’d been craving a more neutral blush to wear with the bold lip colors I love.
NYX Ombré blush in Mauve Me is pretty darned ideal for my purpose. I agree with the assertion that Mauve Me is slightly pink/rose, but somehow still mauve; lightly applied with a fan brush, this shade gives my NW15 face a natural-looking and flattering subtle flush. The finish of Mauve Me is neither completely matte nor really shiny; I’d describe it as a “satin” finish. Since I have very oily skin, I prefer matte blushes, but this one works.
I could do without the highlighter portion; I swirl my brush over the entire surface of this smooth, well-pigmented blush before applying, thus blending the colors together, and the result looks fine, and lasts for hours on me.
I wore Mauve Me yesterday with a deep rose lipstick(Too Faced La Matte in “Hey Gurrl”) and it looked terrific.
I’d definitely buy this cruelty-free, high-quality, reasonably priced product again.

I got this in the shade Purple Haze. Unfortunately for me, this was a huge fail. I tried using this with my go-to, Elf Large Stipple Brush. I like that brush because it doesn’t pick up a ton of product so it prevents me from over doing it, but with this blush, it seemed to pick up nothing at all except for glitter that emphasized my pores and texture once applied. So I tried it on other days with the Elf Blush Brush, a Real Techniques Blush Brush and an old MAC Blush Brush — and for me, the product still wasn’t ideal regardless of which brush I paired it with.
If you’re looking for a shimmery pale lilac/purple highlighter, this might be perfect for you! It definitely seems like a highlighter or a blush topper, and the shade is beautiful once you get some product picked up. However, it’s marketed as a blush, I bought it intending to use it as a blush, and it just didn’t work. I was left with a sheer wash of purple and silver glitter that looked awkward and fake in natural lighting. Also, even if you are looking for a lilac or purple based highlighter, Wet N Wild has other, much better options in their MegaGlo line and they just released a lilac color in that range.

I have this in “The Princess Daiquiries” and “In A Purple Haze”. The first time that I tried to use “In A Purple Haze” with my long stem, fluffy blush brush – I could barely get any powder on the brush, even with multiple swipes and swirls. I was severely disappointed and ready to toss these. But, I thought I would give it one more shot with a denser brush. I used my densest brush (a cheap CoverGirl blush brush that came with a blush compact) and WOW, what a difference it made. I was able to pick up the powder and place it on my face and blend it into a beautiful, gently colored glow. This blush doubles as a highlighter so you don’t need top it off. It’s hard to overdo the color because even with a dense brush, it’s not a matte/heavy color that is deposited onto your cheeks. It’s sheer but buildable; natural looking, at least on me. Give it a try with your densest brush and see what you think.

This was way too frosty.
I knew the color probably would not work for me, I got the purple shade “In a Purple Haze”.
I would have bought the coral looking one in “Mai Tai Buy You a Drink” but it was sold out.
However, I loved the color and wanted to at least try it and would just give to my sister who is light complected.
The color in the pan is very pretty but I felt this was very chalky looking on the skin and the highlighting effect this gives was on the frosty side instead of a sheen.
I thought it was a horrible product all around.
It looks very unnatural on the skin, patchy and uneven, and that horrible frost. Even though it is on the sheer side it just looks like it is sitting on top of the skin and does not blend well.
Glad I did not waste money on both shades.

I want to buy every single shade! This is by far the best drugstore blush I have ever tried. The quality is amazing for the price point – finely milled, blends superbly, great pigmentation. Best of all: the shade range flatters my tan skin so well. I have it in Soft Flush, which is a perfect summer shade that sits between coral and peach, and Mauve Me, which is perfect for giving me my daily professional look as it goes well with all neutral and pink nudes. The highlighter part is a little gimmicky, but it is pretty okay as I don’t feel like I need to reach for another highlighter (not much of a highlighter person anyway). Love love love this blush!

I found this blush by being petty, so I knew it was the blush for me.
That’s just a joke! But I’m serious when I say I’ve been struggling to find a good mauve blush that’s in my price range. Mauve Me is just what I’ve been searching for.
The versatility of ombre blushes is something I like, especially with these two shades. I wish the lighter shade came to the middle of the pan, though. In reality it only comes about 1/3rds the way down. That’s irritating, but not a deal breaker.
Nyx has really impressed me with their blushes. Other blushes have similar shades, but their powder fades really quickly. This one doesn’t fade so quickly, and I find I can go through a shift at work without having to reapply.
